Jonathan did a fantastic job of this beautiful Balayage
It takes real knowledge with colour to lift up a very dark base (almost black) to a clean soft blonde. Particularly difficult on hair with a build up of colour or non Caucasian hair such as African or Asian. We recommend a consultation before most colour correction work where our stylists will take a strand test and lift prior to the appointment to to asses whether the desired look will be achievable.
It is important to... remember that when you see celebrities in magazines who have gone from black to white over night it is either a wig, photoshop, or two pictures taken years apart.
When lifting hair like this, using a bond strengthening service such as FIBREPLEX or BLONDME is a MUST, to keep the hair strong and healthy.
Balayage is a great way to transform hair in one sitting and to start a process of going lighter over a number of visits to the salon.
