What an easy party we had! Everything was sorted through a few evening private messages (no trying to fit phone calls in at a mutually convenient time) and when the time came, Hooray Soft Play came and set everything up themselves. The kids then loved their lives for next few hours, before the birthday party was over and Hooray Soft Play collected everything up again, with no hassle to ourselves.

All the equipment was in fantastic, clean condition which is important when young children and babies are using it.

What a great service... From start to finish, the team were very helpful and responsive. Having lots of things to organise for my son's Christening, it was great to be able to know this was in safe hands. It was all set up before the guests arrived and was there until the very end. We hired the small package for my daughter's first birthday party. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with, always responding promptly to my emails. The equipment was clean and good quality. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all the babies and toddlers at the party.

We hired the medium soft play package for my sons Naming Day/1st Birthday and it was fab. Really professional and reliable. The soft play was in perfect condition and the kids loved it. I can definitely recommend and would certainly use them again x

We hired the medium package for our little boy's 2nd birthday - it was perfect for the 15 children at the party. The service was excellent, really professional and friendly, and the equipment was clean and in great condition. And most importantly, the children had loads of fun playing with it! Thank you again - definitely a service I would recommend to others and would use again.

We hired hooray softplay for our wedding on Saturday at the South Causey Inn to keep our little boy and our flower girl happy throughout the day. The softplay was set up early before our day started and taken away at 6pm. The softplay was fresh and clean. The children had a fab time and I would highly recommend hooray to anyone.

We hired hooray soft play for are little boys 1st birthday party yesterday and what a fabulous set up it was indeed the kids had so much fun there was a great variety of all different things for the kids to play on and most of all what lovely people they are too would highly recommended anyone who is wanting to hire soft play to use this company I will be again in the future.

(And I am a hard one to please 10 out of 10 from us guys)xx

We hired a medium size soft play for our sons christening on Easter Sunday. It was so easy to book, very friendly and the toys went down a treat.

Also, it was dropped off and picked up without any input from myself.

Lisa was fantastic from making initial enquiries through to the actual day of the event. The soft play was a huge hit with the children especially our son who absolutely loved it. It was absolutely fantastic, and to make it even more amazing, Hooray Soft Play Durham supplied us with some beautiful soft play equipment for our smaller guests. They delivered all the equipment, set it up, and collected it at the end of the day. What a fantastic service! We didn't have to lift a finger on what was a very busy day for us. Fantastic service from first contact to arrival and set up of the soft play. I booked this for my sons first birthday. All the children loved it and we were lucky enough to be able to have it outside in the garden. Very clean equipment which was all in fantastic condition. Highly recommend.
