Comment below and let me know what you think! - I believe coaches educate their clients so they can utilise their new found knowledge in the gym and their lifestyle when your not there. A common misconception about coaches is that YOU are the one who has a goal to achieve so YOU are the only one that exercise and lifestyle management will make change to your body. A coach is here to make you accountable for your goals. A... coach is not going to do the work for you no matter how good their programs are but what they are going to do is make sure that you are on track and accountable for every step you make throughout the week. You will most likely NOT see coaches charging for sessions but charging a monthly subscription to them as it’s their knowledge and background work that goes into the strategy for you reaching your goal not the 40-60 minutes they spend with you once or twice per week in the gym, That’s what a trainer does...

The same goes for exercise... if your doing the training that you don’t love, stop doing it and do the type you enjoy . If your doing the type of diet you don’t love, stop doing it and do the one that makes your life easier. If your with a coach you don’t love being trained by, leave and get one you have a great relationship with who understands you and has your best intrastate at heart.
... Do what you love doing in life because it sure makes it a hell of a lot more enjoyable and easier, no need for excuses or bad days. Your wasting your time otherwise and we all know it’s limited on this planet.
