Went in yesterday for some samples for my hallway, the staff were so lovely and welcoming - nothing was too much for them and they knew exactly what I wanted and happily gave me samples of everything similar too - I’m now spoilt for choice! Great shop & great selection! :)

I was really sceptical about ordering from this company when I read the reviews I thought it was some kind of scam especially as the wallpaper I wanted was cheap £24 down from £70, I went ahead and ordered 5 rolls, 2 for me and 3 for my girls room I placed the order Friday and they arrived the Next day (free next day delivery) excellent service so glad I did place my order love mine and the girls wallpaper. Thankyou

I have purchased from I love wallpaper many times, if I have ever had any issues they have always been very quick to resolve them. I Wouldn’t order from anywhere else, their wallpaper is great quality reasonably priced and fast delivery. Recommend 100%.

I have ordered wallpaper on three seperate occaions from ' I love wallpaper' and each time the service has been brilliant. Very fast delivery, even on an occasion that i was out, the delivery was left with my neighbour and a note was left through my letter box to tell me where it had been left.

The quality of the wallpaper is brilliant, and i have reveived compliments on my bedroom and living room choice of paper.

I will be re ordering with this company for my hallway and stairs very soon � thank you

I have bought wallpaper for 3 different rooms. All fantastic quality and look amazing. Delivery was quick each time and it’s so easy to work out how much wallpaper you need with their online calculator. Will definitely be purchasing from I Love Wallpaper again.

Fantastic service. Didn’t have to wait long from ordering to being delivered! Communication was perfect, answering all questions I had straight away. Wallpaper looks amazing, everyone has commented on how lovely and classy it looks. Very happy customer �

Wouldn’t give it a 1 star. Worst quality wallpaper they have seen two decorators told us. Hung the paper and took straight down and put in the bin!!! Wife has been blocked from commenting on social media now. Don’t buy from here!

Updating my review as my experience has gone from bad to worse, I purchased two rolls of wallpaper and paid £8.95 next day delivery which should have been delivered 11 days ago!!!!! These items are apparently arriving today after I confirmed through PayPal I no longer wanted these items and wanted a full refund due to the lack of customer care and they have completely ignored my request, I love wallpaper is happy to to take your money right away but doesn’t deliver as promised and they only reply when you put a 1 star review on their facebook page. Do not waste your time or money!!!!

I contacted them by telephone and placed the order advising I would require the same batch number and next day delivery which I paid for. Parcel never arrived, 3 days later I called to find out where my order was only to find out it had been posted to someone else with the same postcode as me but for data protection I could not be told which house. I then began to knock on my neighbours to find out which address it had been delivered to, which I never found!!! I then advised I love wallpaper I would require a refund for the lost order and I would also be returning the other rolls and would want a full refund and delivery also refunded which was agreed. I then called to chase up my refund to be told that I could not be refunded for the £14 postage that it had cost me to return. I will not be ordering from I love wallpaper again.

One of worst company I’ve ever used in my life. They take the piss with the delivery. The box comes delivered battered and You have to wait 10 years for a refund . Been waiting over two months . Wouldn’t even bother use a reputable wallpaper company! And to top it off the walls paper is CRAP it doesn’t even stick the walls properly

Needed additional wallpaper so rung and was advised to order online simply requesting same batch no. New paper has arrived and is wrong batch no. Now after waiting 15 mins on tel, they advise they won't refund me original order as out of 30 day return policy. Disgusting customer service. Im now stuck with 13 rolls of unusable wallpaper.... Which they could easily swap ...

If you like spending half your life on hold to their customer service line, enjoy awful terrible, unsympathetic customer service, expensive return costs due to incorrect website descriptions, with no compensation, and no call backs when promised, then I would highly recommend this company. Otherwise steer well clear.

If you have any sense DO NOT use this company. Over ordered on my wallpaper so I contacted customer services to see if I could return the unused wallpaper and get a refund. I was told this can be done so I sent my order back on the 28th March my tracking information shows me they received it on 31/03/18. After not hearing anything I contacted them again via email on the 9th April my email was ignored so I rang on the 10th spoke to a lady who wasn’t the most helpful,, I asked if I could speak with a manager to be told she was the store supervisor and she will get someone to ring me straight away from customer services again this never happened the next day I sent another email which they eventually replied to telling me they had sent my refund through on 09.04.18 and as we know it can take up to a few working days. But still as of yesterday no refund had appeared into my account I sent another email and got no reply. I paid for the goods through PayPal so I opened a dispute through PayPal to try and get my money back. The wallpaper which I purchased wasn’t the best quality either I had it on the wall a week and took it down it was cheap looking and really didn’t finish my room. So if you have any sense DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING �

Feedback on your new Hartlepool store - terrible! I travelled half an hour to visit your store wanting to get some samples for 4 rooms I need to decorate! Well the combination of not allowing you to get samples and an assistant who followed us around the store scowling at us resulted in us leaving empty handed and very disappointed. Not entirely sure what the point of a wallpaper store that doesn’t allow samples is but lesson learned! I will be warning my family- it wouldn’t have been so bad if you’d had friendly approachable staff and just for the record there were no other customers in store at the time!

Disappointed with the service provided. I recently purchased wallpaper at £20 a roll and paid £7.95 delivery. After my decorator arrived he advise I would be ever so slightly short. I ordered another roll with another £7.95 delivery, I emailed to explain and was informed the warehouse would do their best to give me the same batch, the original order was placed on Thursday and new roll on Monday. I received the order and it wasn't the same. After calling to see how it could be resolved I was informed that I would have to pay to resend my order and also pay for a new batch and more delivery costs. I asked as a small token for free delivery and a manager refused to authorise this. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion for a genuine issue. I am not out of over £50 in delivery, returns and an opened roll.
