Lastnight I was in this club for less than 1 hour when I went to the toilets the black guy who stands in them selling aftershave was having a bit crack on, then went on to ask me if I had any children which I replied yes I have a 2 and half year old son and a 1 year old sold, in which he replied can I FUCK Your 2 year old if I give you my number!!!! Instantly I gave him verbal abuse as the bouncer walked in, he then choked me out and dragged me out without my feet touching the floor, it went on to me getting very very badly man handled by bouncers and police and it weren't until this morning when I got interviewed I got my point across why I weren't happy!! I'm a 26 year old young man who has suffered from cyrible paulsey from birth, with distonia in my back and neck muscle's.. not only was the toilet attendant very disgusting in the way he spoke about my children, I also took a beating from 2 15 stone men! I will be taking action against the toilet attendant as he seriously needs investigating! Illusions night club is absolutely DISGUSTING!! Yours sincerely Mr Daniel grimes

I like this place but they did something I didn't like today. The security searched me on the allegations of drugging someone. After searching me, they found out am innocent. But refused to tell me the person who made the allegations. I don't blame the security as they are doing their job. But I believe it's my right to know who accused me. Why I said so is because if they continue like this, they may loose a lot of customers in the sense that anyone who envies you can just make an anonymous allegations against you. I believe the accused should know the accuser. Because no one is safe again if it's anonymous. Someone can just see you having fun and report something bad against you. The embarrassment of people seeing you walked away to the security room by the security is enough to defame you. Thanks. I still love the place. The devil you know is better than the angel you don't know.

Been here so many times as illusions and as passion for at least five years. The truth is you are in Sunderland so don't expect anything great the music is repetitive and the floor and carpet is always absolutely filthy even at the start of the night. However it Sunderland there is not anywhere much better so that's why the 3 stars, personally in my opinion if you have the money and class go to Newcastle you will get much more interesting conversation from the folk and much classier clubs/bars however as I say it will cost more.

Last night was really good! VIP area was class! James lock what a lad he is letting the VIPs join him for a drink! And thanks to deano for the hosting and helping us out all night!

It the place to be lovely staff an loads a room to do your moves on the dance floor ��� an cheap liquor ���

Great music and atmosphere, lovely staff and amazing events, the only place where I wanna spend my nights off.

Definitely the best club in Sunderland, anyone who says otherwise is talking shite (especially if they try claim it's indie)

Can't go wrong with £1 drinks on a monday, best RnB in town on a Friday and amazing atmosphere on Saturdays! Love the appearances they do, always nice to have a big even in town!

Best place to session in Sunderland, all off the bar staff are amazing but 1 called William Nicholson was class mate the night for us

Been going here for at least 3/4 months it is like my second home the bouncers are great and friendly and the bar staff are as well

Absoluetly love this place, amazing music, good staff and amazing atmosphere, such a suprise since in sunderland, always enjoy a night out here.

I like this place but they did something I didn't like today. The security searched me on the allegations of drugging someone. After searching me, they found out am innocent. But refused to tell me the person who made the allegations. I don't blame the security as they are doing their job. But I believe it's my right to know who accused me. Why I said so is because if they continue like this, they may loose a lot of customers in the sense that anyone who envies you can just make an anonymous allegations against you. I believe the accused should know the accuser. Because no one is safe again if it's anonymous. Someone can just see you having fun and report something bad against you. The embarrassment of people seeing you walked away to the security room by the security is enough to defame you. Thanks. I still love the place. The devil you know is better than the angel you don't know.

Been here so many times as illusions and as passion for at least five years. The truth is you are in Sunderland so don't expect anything great the music is repetitive and the floor and carpet is always absolutely filthy even at the start of the night. However it Sunderland there is not anywhere much better so that's why the 3 stars, personally in my opinion if you have the money and class go to Newcastle you will get much more interesting conversation from the folk and much classier clubs/bars however as I say it will cost more.

Omg what an amazing club. What an amazing team. Every time we visit we have the best time ever. Thank u all so much. I will be back up soon. Am already plan our next trip. And it by far the best night out av ever had in the uk. Well done the lot of you xxxxxxx��

Lastnight I was in this club for less than 1 hour when I went to the toilets the black guy who stands in them selling aftershave was having a bit crack on, then went on to ask me if I had any children which I replied yes I have a 2 and half year old son and a 1 year old sold, in which he replied can I FUCK Your 2 year old if I give you my number!!!! Instantly I gave him verbal abuse as the bouncer walked in, he then choked me out and dragged me out without my feet touching the floor, it went on to me getting very very badly man handled by bouncers and police and it weren't until this morning when I got interviewed I got my point across why I weren't happy!!
