This women is absolutely amazing, I had 0 confidence and was so scared when I first came into fitness sam has given me confidence and helped me so much! the class's are fab everyone is lovely and cheers each other on!
Sam is amazing, she knows her stuff, keeps it fresh and interesting every time and keeps you motivated while being a genuine nice lass and down to earth. Thanks Sam :-)

Love going to Sam's classes, she really knows her stuff and helps me feel motivated. Always a great atmosphere too.
I’ve been coming to Sam’s classes for just over a year and I love them. There’s always a variety of workouts, so you never get bored. Everyone works at their own pace and ability, so you never feel like you have to keep up with somebody else.
Sam is very knowledgable and is happy to share her knowledge if it means you will get the most out of your workout and prevent injury �
I was really anxious about coming to classes as I worried about not knowing anyone and I am a very self conscious person. Sam has made me feel welcome since day 1. She involves me in everything, even with exercises I’m not comfortable with or can’t manage, she adapts it and makes it right for me. I genuinely wouldn’t be without the classes now and along with healthy eating I’m nearly 2 stone lighter than I was in July! If you’re in doubt, do it it will be the best decision you will ever make!

Absolute inspiration! I've set my self the goal of better fitness so many times in the past and always given up. I've never been able to attend classes in the past due to confidence but attend as many as I can of Sam's and love them! Sam you've given me so much confidence and the ability to run about with my kids without getting out of breath! Thank you for your amazing support and friendship!
5* PT knows her job very well. She makes exercising really enjoyable and puts on great boot camp. Would recommend Sam to anyone, what ever your fitness levels are as she accommodates all ��
