Happy New Moon! Did you feel it this weekend? We just had to share this extract from Global Sisterhood who put it perfectly!
'Is it even possible for anyone to begin to understand how far you've come, how resilient, strong, and brave you CONTINUE to be?
Not to mention how much you have faced and continue to face?
... You are a warrior, sister (& brother).
No matter how hard life gets or what challenges are thrown your way--even if you get down for a moment (or five)--you manage to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, take a deep breath, and open your heart to another moment.
Damn, (brothers) & sister. You rock.
Likely, many of the shifts you're making in your life feel super internal, so close to your heart that you think no one is noticing, but we know that these shifts are VAST!
And it could be that you are in fact going through very major shifts and you're afraid that the people around you won't agree with your choices or understand what's happening inside your heart and mind.
Maybe you can't even find the words to communicate, and you feel like you don't even understand this new you who is beginning to emerge from the depths.
Just know that all of this is perfect. You have to let go of the fear. It will all be made clear and fall into place if (and only if) you honor yourself. So, now is the time to be kind. Now is the time to PAUSE.
Give yourself permission and space to rest--if only for a moment--and feel the spaciousness between your breaths, the S P A C I O U S N E S S in your body.
To rest is not weak. No. It is an act of courage, strength, and trust. All that stuff you're juggling will still be there when you come back to it. We're just asking you to put it down for a moment--or a day.
The sacred pause is necessary for integration, for the cells of your body to be able to catch up with the lessons that have been coming one after another the past few months.
It is not more effective to wait until we're on the edge of complete exhaustion to take a break. This is the reason so many of us are BURNED OUT.
Are you allowing old mental constructs and outer authorities to run the show, instead of listening to your inner rhythms?
When your body is tired, do you push yourself and not allow yourself to feel the depth of your fatigue--that is until you can no longer ignore the signs, or your body gives out and you fall ill?
It doesn’t have to be this way. You can honor your body’s rhythms, see that your sensitivities ARE wisdom, a way that your body communicate with you.
Are you ready for a new way? We know we are.

Happy Full Moon!
The full moon yesterday may well have brought up emotions you just had to let go of. The past six months may have triggered opportunities to revisit the past, allowing you to dig deep into who you are and what you really want, and know what you no longer want/need.
Without all the other distractions that tell you what you should be doing it's time to build foundations on the truth of who you are!
... Welcome your fresh start, an acceptance that no one knows the future. An acceptance and dance with the unknown. Find your stability in your values and the truth of who you are and the truth of how you see the world actually works.
With this specific full moon it's time to prepare for the winter, get ready for the harvest of the summer and make preparations for after.
It's time to dream, plan and manifest!
Sit, breathe, and allow the truth of what you want to float to your mind.

This years end of year Leeds Ball was all about STEPPING OUT OF THE PATTERN.
A big thank you to Leeds University Union Events for having InnerSense Events create the well-being chill space to give students the opportunity to do just that!

... We were offering FREE massages to the lucky Ball attendees.

When your feet get tired from dancing and you can still feel the stress in your shoulders from the academic year we were there to ease it all away!
If chill-out music and essential oils wasn't enough to ignite the senses, we also welcomed LeedsHenna for an extra sense of touch and creativity. Did you know Henna Tattoos are a good luck charm?
Wishing all the graduates of the year luck for there futures ahead, and luck to those still with more studying to go!
The evening was also interlaced with glitzy Belly Dance performance to a mixture of modern and traditional belly dance songs, with the opportunity to get involved.

Another pleasure this year providing InnerSense Yoga & Massage at Friends of the Earth Basecamp festival 2018, in the Yorkshire Dales.
A huge beautiful thank you to the talented Dee Andstuff for massaging away all weekend. We had such fantastic feedback with her authentic Indian Ayurvedic Massage in combination with our herbal & essential oils, summer Lavender oil going down a treat!

Had a back massage yesterday as had been feeling stressed for quite a while, was literally at the point where I thought nothing could help Bumped into Chelsea and booked in for a massage, this lady has a gift such a calming presence and every effort goes in to the massage keeping a steady pressure and all areas covered . It was so relaxing and the oil smelt beautiful too, enjoyed the tarot reading afterwards and a nice chill while I came back down to earth with a lighter fresher perspective, thankyou so much , highly recommend :)
