Not only will there be Lunch time food and a cuppa, there will be raffles and a blind auction.

We as a group from Innovation House could help by raising funds to Donate To The Response, Recovery And Restoration Teams To Offer Relief Where It's Needed.

Innovation House entry for Saturdays Bishop Auckland Horticultural Show in the Bake a Bishop Auckland category. Innovation House has never looked sooo sweet 🍰 pop along to McIntyres old store and the Newgate Centre to see many more fantastic entries.

As part of our ongoing refurbishment works to the building which you will see is very much still in progress and we would like to thank everyone for their patience during this time, we have been busy redecorating unit 40 (ground floor phase 2) as a communal space to use over lunchtimes , this space is ideal to get away from your own desk to eat lunch and chill out.
If you wish to use the kitchen nearby please bring your own cups, teas, coffee etc – as the kitche...n has allocated space to those tenants nearby.
Should anyone would like to donate books, magazines to swap and share with others please feel free to do so, we’ve created a space for this.
The area will be open Monday to Friday 11:00am till 2:30pm and locked at all other times, the area is not a meeting space and shouldn’t be used as such so please continue to use the free meeting rooms bookable via reception.
Please pass this information to your staff and we look forward to seeing you there !

Innovation House has a few welcome greetings to new tenants:- Wear Rivers Trust, MTREC Recruitment & Training have recently moved in and now we have added Chapter Homes Durham to our community. More news as well as within the month we also have Educational Development Trust moving in. Decorating has started in Phase 2 lobby area with much more updates to come with regard to the new refurbishment taking place.
