It's March! March is named after the Roman God, Mars (Martius). He is renowned for being a warrior and conqueror. Prior to this he was also associated with fertility and agriculture, overseeing the new growth of Spring. Just had another reiki session followed by the best back massage ever. Liz should be available on the NHS, she is a fantastic therapist and a lovely warm person. I have recommended her to my friends and treat my mother to a microdermabrasion session for her birthday and she's already looking to book another treatment.

If you haven’t experienced Liz’s Luxury Rose Therapy then you seriously should make your appointment now. I don’t have the words to describe the utter indulgence and deliciousness of this treatment. It was a birthday gift to me from my kids and I enjoyed every minute of it. And as a person who barely sleeps, I can tell you I felt so relaxed afterwards, I floated home and drifted off without any problem; the best night’s sleep in ages! Thank you Liz x

Can not recommend this lady enough! Before my reiki session I felt low, life was getting on top of me, I had lost my way and my spark. After my reiki session with Liz I felt uplifted, motivated and calmer. I was able to see positives again which lead to an interview for a great job, which I was offered the following week. I can’t help but think that the energy of reiki helped me see clearly and point me in the direction that would ease my worries and make me a happier person. I can’t wait till my next session

After 9 days been over due I booked in with this wonderful lady to have some connecting chill out time with my body and baby, i highly reccomend Reiki to all just to remember to chill out and go with the flow. During my treatment i counted 6 contractions in the hour and sure enough i delivered a healthy baby girl a couple of hours later when i got back home. � i cant wait to book back in xx
