J.A.C Drawing Services Description
With over 45 years experience in the building and planning industry, J. A. C Drawing Servies can provide a friendly, hassle-free planning service for a variety of builds, from small household extensions to larger commercial schemes.
With over 10 years experience of plan drawing, a complete service, including negotiations with council departments and site visits with council representatives, is provided, should it be deemed necessary.
All Drawing are CAD and BIM assisted to the highest specifications. Commercial & Land Registry Site Plans can also be provided.
Fees range from £40 for a call out and basic site survey and planning advice to £400 for a full extensive remodelling of a residential property. Please note, the £40 fee will be deducted from any full set of plans drawn. This is only a rough guide - please contact for a more accurate quote, including quotes for larger, commerical schemes.
PLEASE NOTE, ALL AMMENDMENTS (IF REQUESTED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY) ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
