Snatch practice yesterday in the new Metcon 5’s. Actually love this shoe and highly rate it, only ever really got depth with lifters when doing Snatch, but with the Hyperlift insoles these were a dream 😍

Bring sack races into Crossfit, might need some practice first though.....and a stronger bag 💼

97.5kg failed, then recovered! When you think it feels good but looks 💩 Still jumping forward, Jerk needs work, need to open them hips up more. This exercise stuff is annoying 😂
