Staff need to learn some customer service book a party to six o'clock and the woman came in at 5-45 swore look at fucking state of this place when ask to talk to manager we told no ask 3 time was told she was fucking well getting her 43 kids at party cause a mess what did she expect rude woman
Please beware if you have someone pick you up from the back of jonnies and you don't get a parking ticket you will get a parking fine of £60 And if you appeal they take no notice and still make you pay, as a resident and very frequent user with 4 children of jonnies, pleasureland and jump rush I will never ever use any of them again

If I could give it 0 stars I would... been here a few times with my little lad as he loves it... but this morning he wacked his head on a metal bar... soft play area... got pics of where he banged his head and realised there places kids may bang their heads future... my boy may like it but tou can't even look after the children you finally allow in... half hour before someone served a family today for your shit prizes... I will share the pics I took... for a kids place you a joke!!!
I took my daughter yesterday and the place was filthy. There was cake everywhere and food between all of the mats in the play area. Messaged to tell then but they haven't even bothered to message back! Will not be coming back!
