great group...absolutely love it. never felt comfortable training in a group but the trainers and ppl attending all make you welcome..highly recommend for pushing you outside your comfort zone and getting the best from your workout. thank you juicy xx

Never set foot in a gym and never will now. Juicy is Perfect loads of class options to fit in with busy lives and kids! Routines always fully explained and demonstrated - throughout the 4 week programme. Your pushed and motivated with a great bunch a girls. Get yourself to a class and give it ago!

They consider a full body workout and ensure you work every muscle group wether it be toning or cardio! The dynamics of the routine reduce boredom allowing you to push your self at every single station! The trainers are friendly and enthusiastic and focus on progression rather than perfection!
