Very impressed yesterday . More so with the new menu . Chicken fajita flatbread to die for . Will definately be back
So friendly, food fantastic, 1st visit to Newcastle-upon-Tyne, found this pub, fabulous x
Nice friendly bar, good selection of drink at good prices
Had a great time with my partner had a couple of friends with us the meal we had was spot on as always.
We always call in b4 and after the match, the staff are really friendly and helpful just what you want to see when visiting from out of town.
Keep the good work up guy's much appreciated.
Great pub. Great atmosphere xxx
Great place with a great atmosphere. Good food and cheap drinks. The staff are friendly and very attentive, especially Jack who works on the bar. He's got great patter and is a generally nice fella.
Fantastic venue for a party we had a brilliant time at our golden ticket doo. Staff and management worked very hard to make our night the best. We also had food the next day and it was lovely
Excellent food steak cooked exactly the way i like it staff very friendly nice & clean first time in pub won't be the last ¤Öé
Called in yesterday with my hubby, as we were out celebrating our wedding anniversary, nice pub and atmosphere, will definitely be back
Called in for lunch with my sis and mum.. Food was lovely good atmosphere only thing that let it down was while mum n sis were at the. Bar the guy serving ignored them and went to serve someone else luckily the guy said those ladies were first.. It was quiet so no denying. Seeing them stood there
Been hear twice now and I have never had a fault, both times I have ordered the southern fried chicken burger and it has always been fantastic, plenty of meet in the burger and a good side of fries and also there is really good choice of side orders! I will be returning wiles in Newcastle
Always love it in here - friendly, hardworking staff - nothing is too much trouble for them - surroundings have been revamped in the last year and really compliment the area massively - highly recommend for food and drink - we'll be back
We've been before, and always get a good meal yesterday I chose my favourite Hunter's chicken, I've had it at another venue and I must say it was absolutely tasty and the guy who took my order was very friendly and came over a few times to check that we were enjoying our meal. I would recommend The Junction to anyone who hasn't been before try it and I'm sure you will enjoy your meal.
Sunday dinner was lovely. My little boy loved the kids cookie sundae too ’┐Į Only thing was my Mam's food was cold but they sorted it out straightaway ’┐Į Definitely would come back again
Lovely and friendly and nice and warm it was bark and not very inviting last time I was in but it's lovely now
It is a really nice pub. But bit to expensive
Had lunch which was very nice.good price.nice atmosphere.thought the wine was expensive but I'm not an authority on this so no matter.handy for bus station
Great food. Was in there with my Mam just before and had the Hunter's Chicken. Enjoyed it!
Down for the racing on Friday and Saturday and went in for something to eat on the Sunday before heading back to Glasgow. Decided on the rib eye steak and it was so good with the peppercorn sauce so big thumbs up guys as the staff were also excellent.
A nifty glass of presecco to finish our night at the theatre off .. Very reasonable..ŌŁÉ’ĖÅ
To many people propping up the bar hard to get serve but the beer was cold friendly staff
Our experience was marred by druggies inside.but at least the bartender realised the situation.and dispersed them
Not bad, but never enough staff and always a good 10 minute wait at the bar
Good selection of beers nice food good variety on menu but as per previous post toilets were disgusting
Get in here most Saturdays. Like the new revamp of the pub. My only fault I have with the Junction, is there is never enough bar staff, every time I've been in, only ever 2 serving, and you wait forever to be served. So 3 out of 5 merit marks.
Gd location and a nice pub food was good and staff friendly the only thing that let it down was the toilets
Food and drink is good. Staff happy and polite. However, the door to the male toilets was open which made that side of the pub cold, and there was a coked-up moron being alowed to monopolise a fruit machine quite agressively, but hardly actually playing on it. Sort those things out and it goes from 3 to probably 5 stars
We were in there today and I ordered Roast Beef Sunday lunch and my husband had fish and chips. We ordered a pot of tea for two. The tea came first only half filled pots. My husband asked if the pots could be filled up so they brought another pot of boiled water.
Then came the meals. The roast beef was ok but the Yorkshire pudding, veg and potatoes and gravy were cold. I asked for horseradish sauce to be told they had none. Who sells Sunday Roasts without the sauces? My husbands fish and chips were passable but the mushy peas were cold.
We will not be returning !!!!!!!
Was okay but not for me, food wasnŌĆÖt much not worth the money
Rather expensive in comparison to other pubs in the same location
Pub itself is ok but had to wait ages for our food I got beef dinner was not impressed ran out of Yorkshire puddings and the beef was tasteless same as the gravy that was really watery ’┐Į
Me and my friend drink here all the time on matchdays, great atmosphere, friendly staff but we are fed up of you advertising things that you dont actually stock. Your wine list is impressive and extensive until you actually try to order and find you have a choice of two, if you advertise it, stock it. We would have gone elsewhere last time.
been a few times for food and its always been Lovely. Yesterday we were in, ordered and payed for our meal and Drinks and were told it would be a 30min wait which we didnt mind. An hour later my Hubby had to asked a member of staff what was happening. He came back to say there was a problem with our order. He even asked my Hubby if he gave the right table number. He did say sorry but by his Body language we could tell he couldnt care less so we asked for our money back and left. It maybe a while before we visit this Pub again.
Used to visit here alot especially for the cocktails. Visited with a friend and told that they had nothing for cocktails, very dissappointing!!!!
Service was so bad - ended up walking out - girl behind bar was more interested in doing anything bar serving - man behind bar disappeared to get mixers ŌĆö- customers advised just go serve yourself ŌĆö-
Ordered our drinks at 10:55pm then sat down. Within 90seconds we were asked to finish our drinks as they were closing? We said we just ordered our drinks from the bar and the lad said 'well I didn't serve you!' He shouted over you can have until 5mins past 11 to finish your drinks and then your out! Never will we ever go back here!
On birthday night out in town. First time I had been in the pub. Very cold reception from staff
Went further into town and called in for last drinks before bus home and we were kept waiting ages while other people just walked in and got served straight away ( obvious they were regulars). Don't think I would go back
Food is terrible. Got the sausage and mash, sent it back. The mash was either powered or frozen. Was offered another meal that was just as bad! Won't be going back.
