We often go to kaspas absolutely love it wish we could go more often.staff are friendly and polite it's clean and welcoming

Took kids for first time today, they absolutely loved it, would definitely recommend, going to be our new go-to place!!

I went with my daughter yesterday for her birthday before we went to the cinema, lovely place, waffles are gorgeous, quick service & good customer service. I'd definitely recommend it & will definitely be going back again!!!

First time at kaspas and we all enjoyed it. Staff were polite and food was freshly made and in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable and you got value for money!

Absolute beautiful desserts, with alot of choice on the menu. Staff were amazing from the start, to going in, sitting down and serving. 100% recommend.

We’ve been a few times I love the chocolate waffles and kids enjoy the Ice cream. Never had any issues always served in good time and staff all been fine. It’s a happy clean place situated in a good area for kids near other popular food outlets and cinema. Cookie Dough be next for me. Defiantly recommend going.

Good food, average service, only one lady smiled to us

Cakes were beautiful. One of the cakes we ordered were wrong however it looked as nice as the one originally picked so we weren't too fussed. Sundays were a great size. I was with a 3 year old and 5 year old and they were absolutely chuffed with their desserts. Music however was quite loud felt like we had to shout at each other over the top of it.

The decor was amazing, staff were ok (polite,informative,though looked slightly miserable) and the food was good, great choice on menu. What let it down was the service, they seemed to bring one thing at a time with a 5 min wait between each order, think it was 20min wait between the first of our orders and the last of our orders to be brought to our table. Totally unacceptable service. Such a shame, it's a great place, had all food arrived at same time I would of gave it a better rating.

Just ok is the biggest compliment I can give, nice enough food (nothing spectacular) let down by throughly miserable and quite abrupt staff and pathetically slow service. Our order came as each item was ready rather than as a whole order ... very odd and not ideal when you have kids with ten minutes between them getting their food! Also much more expensive than other similar shops we have visited .

I finally took my daughter here on Monday after being hounded for weeks as all her friends had been and thought it was great. Service was fine, altho not much enthusiam from the staff, they were polite.

My daughter loved it!! She had the strawberry indulgence waffle with ice cream (served with a spoon!). I still think it's quite expensive but can see why the kids go mad over this place!!

First time there took my 2 grandchildren very expensive 2 Desserts 2small pop and a coffee £20 rip off

We visited for a take out was told 10mins for cookie dough actually took 20min walked out to find one of the bubble slush's had no bubbles went back in to be told that I said I did not want them, why would I order a "BUBBLE" shake without the bubbles ha way?

Staff need a lesson in customer service Costs nothing to smile!. Too busy chatting to each other. Don't communicate with any enthusiasm at all! Shame as this could be a fantastic place. My kids like it but hurry back. Lacks atmosphere and staff look and seem miserable 🙁Food okay for the money.

Food was amazing, service and attitude from a member of staff wasn't. 4 of us came in but there was going to be 5/6 of us, guy sat us on a 4 but said we could move if the others were coming. 10 minutes later we moved since others were coming only for another guy to come over and basically tell us off for moving, even when we explained we were told we could move we got 'I don't think so'. Never experienced someone so rude when out trying to eat

First time I've been and I ordered a banana milkshake which tasted quite sour but thought it must be the taste of it but I could only drink a few sips and left it. Got home and was vomiting all nite so safe to say seen as that was the only thing I had all day that's what made me sick so don't be goin back. Plus everything comes out separate as if they can only carry one thing at a time 1 piece of cake and sundae...how hard is that to carry????

Be careful when you ask for 10% student discount. The last time I was here, they put it through the till after I paid so I didn't get the discount. I would ask for a payback but I found out today when I was checking my bank account.

Went yesterday with my daughter and niece, had wait for table for 15 minutes then even thpugh we were next in line next table was given to someone else. Once seated had to queue to plave order and waited another 20 mons. When food was served crepe came 10 minutes before other items and waffle was cold. Expensive waste of time- creams is much nicer and staff have manners.

Walked in, sat down, sat next to a group of kids swearing their heads off, were told by staff told to calm down, more bad language, we left with our 7 year old. Sorry we won’t listen to that!

Very rude and didnt look like could be bothered were offered a free milkshake for daughters bday when arrived when asked for it was asked for a 6 year olds identification haway man didn't even want the milkshake until was offered then was charged for it will never go back again guy serving looked hungover n miserable absolute disgrace.

Terrible service, brought the wrong order over to my table and after the wait of getting my original order it tasted absolutely diabolical, the ice cream tasted like nail varnish remover, ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS, I will not be coming here again!

Terrible no high chairs to cater for children, terrible customer service.

Poor service and poor attitude. Totally got blanked when I asked for extra nutella.

Paid 13.50 for 2 Nutella crepes with strawberry’s and a bottle of Fanta orange, both the crepes tasted and had the texture of cardboard. Definitely don’t expect warmed up, hard and chewy 2 day old pancakes for the price you pay!!! I took my crepe to the counter and all the girl said ‘would you like another one’. Erm no thanks. Told her it was disgusting and should have been served. She didn’t say much else. Not be going back here any time soon.

ID for a coffee? really!!!!.. never heard the likes... bet you dont need ID for a coffee ice cream

I was looking forward to going here for pudding after a meal out. Unfortunately the food didn’t live up to my expectations. We had crepes which were not light and thin (as all the crepes I have had before usually are ) and they were quite flavourless. Not my taste at all. The place looks fabulous and the staff were excellent though.
