Well all I can say is the manger at this store is amazing after my son put the wrong date for my mams birthday flowers, which was today and he ordered them for nxt Friday, I rang the shop and the manger was absolutely amazing she went out her way and delivered the flowers to my Mam tonight, which I have to say the flowers are beautiful, I canŌĆÖt thank you enough, I will definitely be using these again and would recommend them to anyone xx

Saw Katherine's Florist as we passed by. We popped in, told them our situation and the staff were more than happy to help us.



The flowers were amazing, arrived on time, great quality and very reasonably priced.

We could not say thank you enough! We had to dash in last minute to get out wedding flowers arranged only 9 days before the wedding due to previous florist letting us down.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and fantastic with our 2 small children too! Flowers were stunning and arrived beautifully presented. Thank you!!

Was sent roses yesterday to my work place unfortunately there was a small issue with them, my partner phoned up but didn't feel she was been listened to, however had the issue resolved and some lovely roses as apologize delivered to work thank you it was a lovely surprise would use again.

The flowers we had from Katherine's Florist for our wedding were unbelievably stunning. People were commenting on them all day. I hadn't a clue going into our consultation but we were given so much advice and so many choices, the colours were amazing and the flowers themselves were just incredible. Excellent service, thanks so much xx

Ordered flowers for our manager today for her 70 th Birthday! Beautiful x

Ordered a bouquet of flowers and all I can say is they are superb. Delivered very quickly and look as though they were just picked. Always used Katherine's and nothing will change.

Katherines did my wedding flowers and we're brilliant from start to finish. I was organising my wedding from a distance and they squeezed me in for an appointment when I had a last minute trip to the North East. They captured exactly what I wanted and I couldn't have asked for better flowers.

Katherine's did our wedding flowers in September 2014 from the Leazes Street shop.



From my first meeting with Helen when I had absolutely no idea at all what I wanted, you dedicated the time and effort to ensure that the flowers complimented our day beautifully whilst staying within our budget.



All of the little touches; silver organza to match the bridesmaids dresses and petals for my hair brought everything together and I could not have been more thrilled when everything arrived on the morning.



Having organised the wedding, and met with lots of people, the personal service I received from you was second to none. You remembered all of the little details and made me feel that our big day was just as important to you.



I honestly couldn't recommend you enough. X

Katherine's Florist did the flowers for my son's wedding and they were exceptional. The attention to detail and quality was exactly as we planned! The guests commented on the array of beautiful red roses displays, which were stunning! I cannot thank them enough for a first class service and I highly recommend them!

I am so pleased. I Ordered some flowers as I live in Wigan and needed them sent to a friend in Tyne, I ordered them at 11am and was amazed as by 12.30pm . And my friend was stunned they were beautiful. She was thrilled to bits, They were beautiful, Thank you so much,

Excellent flower received 2 weeks ago for my sons grave and I will still will get at least 4 days from them . Just amazing with the weather we have had . Had to water them every day .

A messeage from my Mum as she isnt on facebook. Amazing fresh flowers and very speedy delivery. Delivery person was very very polite. lovely flowers on this day off memory for my son's 2nd anniversary from my children and sons fiance xxx thank you

My partner got me two bouquets of flowers one was pink roses the other was white roses lilac tulips and purple geraniums. The flowers were beautiful one of them had leaked and the box was ruined a little. The chocolates and prosecco were also lovely and presented nicely. However the flowers started to die and wither quickly and less than a week later they had drooped petals fell off and turned brown. I had changed the water and cut the stems like your supposed to but this didn't help. Disappointed with the overall quality of the flowers I've had bunches from other places that have lasted alot longer with the same care

I ordered my partner flowers and prosecco to her work yesterday, first of all the flowers were a nice bunch. However the delivery was a fail from me, when people spend so much on flowers etc the delivery driver should check orders before delivering them (its not that hard). Although human errors can be made and i rang shop to advise them flowers arrived and prosecco never. Manager, looked in to this and reassured me that they should be in the box with flowers. Only to receive a call a few minutes later, to be told the delivery driver forgot to deliver the prosecco. I do appreciate honesty, but before giving me an answer, this should of been checked with the driver straight away. Besides that for the incovenience , even a box of chocs would of been greatly appreciated , this would avoided dissapointment and made me want to order again. But this wasnt the case, so i am afraid i shall not be ordering from here again.

Really disappointed with my order today, for my Mother's 65th birthday, from Katherine's of Gosforth. I ordered the Winter Wonderland bouquet which was described on the website as containing "12 Luxury White Roses,enhanced with 1 medium stem of festive Silver Eucalyptus and 1 stem of Gypsophila. Complemented by 3 stems of lush green Salal foliages and 3 Palm leaves.". The bouquet contains 11 roses, no gyp or palm leaves. The silver eucalyptus is also not as described, but replaced with another form of silver foliage. For ┬Ż48.99 the bouquet is extremely disappointing, especially when it was ordered for a special birthday gift. I appreciate some items may have to be replaced with an alternative if unavailable, however to completely miss out one rose, gyp and palm leaves is unacceptable. If the order cannot be fulfilled I would expect a reputable company to contact the customer. The quality of the bouquet represents more of a ┬Ż30 value, rather than ┬Ż48.99. Very disappointing! To add insult to injury, the message card on the bouquet (which contained a note wishing a happy birthday) was on a 'happy christmas' card.. Nice attention to detail there! I would appreciate someone contacting me to resolve this.

Partner organised surprise bday flowers! Requested card with message and bouquet with roses! Arrived with no card and hardly any roses!



The bouquet is extremely disappointing considering the amount of money he paid! Not happy at all I feel he has been completely ripped off.



2nd time I have been disappointed with the value for money on bespoke orders!! Would not recommend at all
