Would highly recommend Kristy. My husband and I both had massages today. Husband has a trapped nerve and is already feeling the benefit and will be returning to Kristy to have it worked on again. I’ve had several massages on my lower back and today was the first time I’ve ever felt the benefit straight away without stiffness from the work being done. Can safely say I’ll be a regular customer from now on �

Rebuilt! Professional and effective massage which ironed out the knotted muscles from firefighting to weight training. KB Holistic Treatments was recommended to me by my wife who suffers from a bad back and I fully recommend to anyone else who suffers from joint and muscle pain.

Kristy has kept me injury free and free of pain while I train for my first marathon. I had a niggle in May/June which meant I ran a total of 15 miles in those two months. I have been seeing Kristy since July and I’m now running 80-100 miles a month pain free. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Kristy and I look forward to my appointments. Definitely the most targeted and effective massage I’ve ever had. Thanks Kristy!!

I’ve been to see Kristy for Reflexology over the last few months and can’t believe the difference having this treatment has made to my life. I’ve struggled with a poor sleep pattern for the the last four years but in a matter of weeks my sleep has become regulated and I’m feeling so much more rested. Cant recommend this enough. I’ve also had massage from Kristy for sciatic pain and again, this has had a huge impact on my pain levels. Well deserved five �s

She has a wonderful firm touch (which I always request with any massage) and is fantastic at finding & focussing on areas of specific need every time, even if those areas change from visit to visit. I always come away feeling so much better & look forward to my next appointment. I have no idea how she does it, but somehow she always manages to release the crazy knots around my neck & shoulders. What a difference!! On my most recent visit I enjoyed an aromatherapy massage focussing on managing migraine & fatigue. I couldn't believe the difference with even one treatment - the benefits lasted for weeks, so I'll be doing this regularly with her from now on.

I left feeling like a weight had been lifted (literally) from my shoulders. I am already booked in for my next massage in two weeks.

I have received reflexology and reiki from Kristy the last 6 weeks, weekly. I suffer from depression and anxiety and her treatment has worked wonders. The reiki in particular has amazing results. Its hard to explain how it works but it just helps re focus the mind. I know benefit from knees massages from Kristy to help with my chronic knee pain which again is helping. Would highly recommend if any you suffer any of these symptoms. Thanks again kristy.

I have never been for a massage before and had told my boyfriend I wasn’t sure if I would like it(I’m quite ticklish and so get quite jumpy with people touching me) but he arranged one for me with Kristy as a valentines surprise and I am glad he did. I went in and Kristy went through each treatment explaining a little bit about each one and I decided on a hot stone massage. She made me feel at ease and when I left I felt so relaxed! I will be back and would definitely recommend her �

I first came across KB Holistic on a friend’s FB page after Kristy had given her a treatment at home. I was looking for a reflexology treatment and duly set up an appointment, at her old studio in Troon. Fantastic. Friendly. Chatty. Professional. Put me at ease and while working on my feet - which nobody gets to touch by the way - identified a few health related areas to keep an eye on... Next time was a home visit and again couldn’t have been better. Having only met her once before she remembered things we had talked about, asking about previous issues, and again worked away on my feet leaving relaxed and refreshed... This visit it was my birthday and first visit to the new premises in Fenwick. Again, fantastic, you really should book in. Warm. Comfortable surroundings. This time reflexology followed by a hot stone massage. So looking forward to my next visit. Only 10 minutes or so north of Kilmarnock and about 20/25 south of Glasgow. Go on book a treatment, pamper yourself, you are worth it � Gx

Had reflexology and hot stones massage last week here. Kristy gave both treatments and it was in a word excellent. I suffer from various injuries and also have very knotted muscles in my back/shoulders from hours spent cycling. Kristy dealt with these with ease and i def left more relaxed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a couple of treatments both with Kristy and Alana. Found them both to be very thorough and professional. Nice relaxing, calm atmosphere. Great to have a place locally. Would have no hesitation in recommending KB Holistics.

Its hard to explain how it works but it just helps re focus the mind. I know benefit from knees massages from Kristy to help with my chronic knee pain which again is helping. I have never been for a massage before and had told my boyfriend I wasn’t sure if I would like it(I’m quite ticklish and so get quite jumpy with people touching me) but he arranged one for me with Kristy as a valentines surprise and I am glad he did. I went in and Kristy went through each treatment explaining a little bit about each one and I decided on a hot stone massage. She made me feel at ease and when I left I felt so relaxed! I will be back and would definitely recommend her �

I have had several back, neck and shoulder massages which have been brilliant. Kristy always finds the right spots! I have also had 2 top to toe treatments which were amazing, a facial, hot stone massage and reflexology combination which leaves you floating on air when you leave.

Would highly recommend as prices good value for money too.

I have a sore back and have always struggled to find a massage that actually makes it feel any better. However Kristy did a fantastic job of easing the pain, so much so that I’ve now booked a slot for a regular session to keep on top of my back problems. She listened to my specific problem and tailored the session to suit. Have recommended her already and would do so again in a minute.

I had a pregnancy massage last week and was amazing. Felt instant relief from my sore hips couldnt ask for a more relaxed and friendly environment. Finished off with a foot spa and gel nails. Perfect � i will definetely be back soon for relief of my pregnancy aches and pains.

I first came across KB Holistic on a friend’s FB page after Kristy had given her a treatment at home. I was looking for a reflexology treatment and duly set up an appointment, at her old studio in Troon. Fantastic. Friendly. Chatty. Professional. Put me at ease and while working on my feet - which nobody gets to touch by the way - identified a few health related areas to keep an eye on... Next time was a home visit and again couldn’t have been better. Having only met her once before she remembered things we had talked about, asking about previous issues, and again worked away on my feet leaving relaxed and refreshed... This visit it was my birthday and first visit to the new premises in Fenwick. Again, fantastic, you really should book in. Warm. Comfortable surroundings. This time reflexology followed by a hot stone massage. So looking forward to my next visit. Only 10 minutes or so north of Kilmarnock and about 20/25 south of Glasgow. Go on book a treatment, pamper yourself, you are worth it � Gx

Had reflexology and hot stones massage last week here. Kristy gave both treatments and it was in a word excellent. I suffer from various injuries and also have very knotted muscles in my back/shoulders from hours spent cycling. Kristy dealt with these with ease and i def left more relaxed. Would highly recommend to anyone.
