What can I say??? Katie is BRILLIANT. She recently blow dried my hair beautifully and did a lovely natural make-up on my Wedding Day - it was PERFECT. Katie just 'knew' exactly what I wanted and I felt so spoilt and pampered - what a girl!! She is very friendly but also extremely professional - I can't recommend her highly enough, she deserves at least 10 stars if that was possible.

My two little girls' had their hair put up by Katy when they were bridesmaids yesterday. Two very different styles but they were both over the moon, and their hair looked fantastic. Katy also managed to fit in a last minute blow dry for my mother in law too, who also was very pleased. I will definitely be making more appointments in the future xx

My daughter had her ears pierced yesterday by this lovely lady very calm very patient and very professional would recommend to family and friends thanks again my daughter is over the moon

Lovely girl who did an amazing job with my hair... cant wait for our next appointment and we can get the underneath even blonder. Thank you �

Love my hair!! I really wanted to go back to my natural colour from dark brown so I don't have to re-dye it anymore and I can grown it out. I was really nervous about using bleach but Katie was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing and what she needed to not damage my hair! I got the perfect results and my hair feels amazing � Thank youuuuu xxx

Katie was so friendly and reassuring. Her hair and make up was perfect to help me look the part as my best friends bridesmaid, and helped out with other aspects on the day. Would definitely recommend.

Katie came to my house last Saturday morning to do my hair and my mum and aunts makeup for Chester Races.

She was brilliant making my aunt feel at ease and she never wears makeup and making them (both in their 60s) look beautiful.

Katie did my hair in an updo that I chose off a google image and it looked stunning I was so happy and felt a million dollars at the Races. Also I had my hair in for 3 days before taking the clips out.

Highly recommend Katies skills in hair and makeup plus her friendly nature makes her even better. Thank you x

I just want to say a massive thankyou to @[808789003:Katie Roberts] for coming to my home on mothers day to pamper my mom... my mom is very particular who she has cutting her hair... but katie managed to correct the botched job the previous hair dresser had done and made her hair look stunning thankyou so much id 100% reccomend her for hair cutting xxxx

I have had a spray tan very professional and lovely will be recommending to people I work with at the countess of Chester x thank you I am very happy xx

Had my hair cut and individual lashes done today by Katie I can’t recommend her enough. I absolutely love my cut, it’s one of the best cuts I’ve had. she has given my hair volume and shape back. My hair feels amazing. Absolutely love my lashes too they look amazing. Thank you Katie � xx

Had my eyebrows waxed/tinted and eyelash tint today. Also had shellac done on my nails. Katie is lovely and amazing at what she does. Definitely recommend to anyone x
