Here at La Vina were developing a new Cocktail and Mocktail menu. We're looking for a cocktail to be named the La Vina cocktail. Please share with us your favourite concoctions and 1 cocktail will be picked to be featured on our menu. The prize is the Malibu cocktail set and a drink of your own cocktail for you and your friend. Share this post and get as many of your friends and family involved. We visited la vina last night for their tapas menu and were very impressed. The food was absolutely amazing and the place had a lovely atmosphere. The waiting staff were very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our night. We'll definitely be back!

Visited La Viña this morning for my breakfast and was not disappointed! Fantastic! Good prices and really good portions. Will 100% be back soon. Will be trying the lunch menu on my next visit �

The Menu is hearty and appetising - thoroughly well thought out and perfectly prepared. Delightfully DEVINE ... you won’t be disappointed �

Place looks amazing. Friendly staff with a cosy environment. Deeeeecent size cake slices and a lovely cuppa that doesn’t break the bank.

Great if you’re in the area and definitely worth going out of your way for. Also, easy to understand spreadsheet of the allergen info when requested.



Can’t wait to try more than the desserts on our next visit.

Payed la vina a second visit today and was not disappointed, first time I had the miners breakfast and it was amazing, this time round I grabbed the full english and also had taste of the eggs ranchero and that was so tasty,

My friend and myself visited La Vina on Thursday afternoon and had fabulous salads. Caesar for my friend and seafood for me. Generous portions, really fresh and beautifully presented. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. Cakes to die for. Well worth a visit. We will definitely be back. Looking forward to the evening menu when it comes.

Lunch with my Aunties and Daughter, seafood platter for one and specials Fish and chips for the other. I played safe with a gluten free baked potato and cheese whilst daughter had fries! The comments from my Aunties were very complementary, in fact they said they were the best they've had! We will be back again!

Lovely staff and delicious food. There was a small wait for our food to arrive on our first visit and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and even added a kind gesture to our bill.

Lovely full English this morning, quality sausages! Friendly and welcoming staff and looks like there has been no expense spared on the refit ,the decor is really quite luxurious. Can’t wait for them to start their Tapas evenings! A must try if your in or around Cleadon.

Located in a beautful corner in the north east, me and my family visited La Viña just after midday on a beautifully sunny Saturday and the cafe's atmosphere was abuzz. Clearly this was the place those near and afar come to gather to start their weekend.



Despite the busyness, we easily found suitable seating due to large amount of seating available. The staff are extremely welcoming and always found the time to smile and acknowledge every customer despite being run off their feet busy. They even got a giggle out my 4 month old son when he was upset. The menu had plenty of choice (including a build your own English breakfast which I DEFINITELY will be back for) and was reasonably priced.



It wasn't long before someone came to take our order (once again, 5☆ service) and it arrived in good time despite how busy it was. It is at this point I cannot put into words how delicious the food was. The price does not reflect how high quality it was, I would happily pay twice over for it again, it is that good. I had eggs benidict and my wife had the sausage melt. I had to allow my wife to my dish and I tried hers... All I can say is congrats to the chef (s), you should be proud. I would love to give you more than the 5 stars this review allows me to.



Also on a sidenote, best damn cuppa I've had in years.



I've been looking for a new meeting place for me to catch up with family and it most certainly will now be here.

I was invited to the opening of the Tapas and Prosecco evening on Friday. It was amazing from start to finish. Absolutely love the outside seating area so inviting and comfortable and also classy. The inside was as equally beautifully done in subtle tones to give relaxed yet warm feel. The tapas were absolutely gorgeous from king prawns (which I don’t eat prawns as don’t like them) I ate them all!! To belly pork, chorizo black pudding and potatoes there was so much I couldn’t remember them all. Eat dish left your taste buds wanting more. Customer service was first class too checking on how the food was if we needed anything else. I have told many friends about it and can’t wait to go back. Thank you very much xxx

Had breakfast here this morning, salmon and creamed cheese on 3 breakfast muffins, it was lovely! Relaxed and friendly place, looking forward to trying out the tapas, we will be back �

A great little place with a lovely atmosphere. I sang there on the opening night and the place was rammed. There was a good selection of drinks, the staff were all really friendly and the food looked and smelled incredible! X

A total refit from Happy Organic to La Vina in such a short space of time.



Great choice in the menu from all day breakfast to delicious cakes and scones. Service was great and no problem when I asked for extra hot water for the tea and coffee. Good luck on this new venture.

We arrived at 9.30am for coffee and a scone there was one other table who ordered after us it took nearly 30 min to bring coffee then 10 min later i had to go to the counter to enquire about the scones they arrived 5 min later the service was slow and poor its not the first time ive been but id gave benefit of doubt if it takes this long for coffee i dread to think how long food will take when busier.

My wife and I visited La Viña for an early lunch. Ordered a couple of hot drinks and 2miners breakfasts, after 40min and several people coming in after us, ordering and receiving there meal before us, we chose to cancel it. Very disappointing.
