We saw a Nissan qashqai on Auto Trader and drove down the 80 miles from our home near Cockermouth. The car was perfect and the service was brilliant. Glad we made the drive to see the car. They sorted the car so was ready for the only day we could collect. Would definitely recommend.

Seen a car we liked the look of at automart, arranged a test drive with csilla. She did everything she could along with Martin to find us the best deal possible, the end result we have our car. Excellent customer service from csilla. :-)

Just picked up my new Audi and I'm over the moon. Martin took me around the car on Tuesday, took me for a test drive and gave me details and I shook his hand. No pressuring, no hard sell, just a brilliant guy to do the deal with. Graham did the handover with me this afternoon, took me through the paperwork, answered any questions and showed me the basics of the car.



Overall a fantastic experience, fantastic staff and fantastic service. You'll be hard pressed to find somewhere better. I'd definitely go again.

I recently bought an Ibiza Cupra from here, absolutely in love with it! Liam the salesman was so helpful with any questions or queries that I had. Purchase went smoothly and they did their best to make it happen as quick as possible, there was only a delay due to bank holiday! They kept in touch afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything. Thank you!

I purchased a Peugeot 3008 from Marcus and Martin at Lancaster Automart. I particularly liked their no pressure approach to selling cars. My wife and I took the car out for a test drive with Marcus and it was exactly as described. The Automart is obviously part of the Lancaster VW group which adds confidence to purchasing from them. We were very pleased with the buying experience and the after care that we have received.

Great prices and fantastic selection of cars. Salesmen aren’t pushy and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend a visit.

Couldnt fault the service here at all! Intended to go and look at a car, walked away with a VW Scirocco! Martin the salesman was brilliant, honest about the car, knew what he was talking about and wasnt pushy at all! Would highly recommend this reputable dealer to anyone in search of a decent car at a decent price.

After visiting most of the showrooms I was starting to get really cheesed off until someone asked if I'd been to Lancaster Automart. I'd never heard of them so was a bit apprehensive but thought I might as well go and have a look. Within 5 minutes of being there I couldn't believe my luck. I spotted a lovely silver automatic ford with 3 proper bottom seats in the back, cup holders and a big boot. I'm a simple soul, I don't ask for much!! Liam was ace, extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Fingers crossed it'll last as long as my poor old Renault who had to go and meet its maker.

Travelled down from Scotland to pick up a reasonably priced but very scarce Seat Leon ST FR 150 ACT. Car was immaculate, price was good, service and sales process from initial inquiry, many e-mails; right through to the smooth & reassuring hand over process- was all impeccable. Wheel size was wrongly stated on advert which has brought up a couple of minor issues- more expensive tyres and a much firmer ride but i would still reccomend Lancaster Automart to friends, family & anyone looking for a quality used car in the North of England. I wouldn't hesitate to make the 3 hour drive to Lancaster again if the right car is available. Thanks Martin, Marcus & Graeme👍
