Well check out the mpg achieved on Sunday by one of our staff in a VW T-Roc 2.0TDi 4 Motion. He'd been out in the Trough of Bowland to photo Barn Owls and on his return journey, 17 miles, he achieved a commendable 71mpg.

IŌĆÖve had my Polo over a year, few hiccups sorting finance out initially and my car had been misdiagnosed twice between Jan and May, they got it right the third time and replaced the anti-rolling bar for free, despite it not being included in my warranty! Also massive thank you Hayley who always greets me with great customer service, sheŌĆÖs second to none and she even got me two boxes Auto Glym products as a gesture of goodwill because she knows I love cleaning my own car ’┐Į Thank you Hayley!!!

I would love to say a huge thank you to Sales Manager Peter Roberson for helping me purchase my new Golf R he made the impossible possible, he was very helpful and answerd all my questions and kept in regular contact. Ill be back.

She negotiated a fair deal with me, kept in touch with me afterwards resolving any queries, and bringing it up to a smooth handover on the day of handing my car over and collecting the new one. I was very pleased with the customer service and can only speak highly of Csilla regarding everything. She also kept the coffees coming for me while I was there ! Ōś║

I recently bought a Polo from Lancaster VW. Csilla dealt with me, she was extremely friendly and helpful, let me test drive a couple of different models and we sorted out a deal which I was happy with and felt was very competitive.

Graham dealt with the handover, made sure I knew how everything worked and even threw in a cuddly toy for the kids.

Overall I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Lancaster VW.

Great experience I had buying my vw golf from Lancaster VW. On the day I only went with a mindset to just have a quick discussion to see what finance options are available, because I wasn't sure if they had the car I needed in stock at the time. I was very pleased to see there is actually a car that ticked all the boxes. Rite we brought a new golf R from here in 2016 sales service was brilliant couldn't fault the customer service BUT since we had our car serviced (at Lancaster vw) we are having nothing but problems with the car, brake pad warning light has come on after just 20,000 very steady miles by a female driver, water coolant has needed topping up 3 times, the battery in the key has now given us a warning through the dash ­¤Öł­¤Öł what next?? Couldn't fault the car before it went in for a service but now it's like I need to be a mechanic to maintain it!

Mark Snape was an excellent salesman, allowed me to haggle and i got a great deal on my UP GTI - he even came on his day off for me to collect. Quick, efficient i canŌĆÖt fault him.

However... the citigo i traded in wasnŌĆÖt settled, despite being put up for sale. This resulted in me paying for two cars for two months. It took well over 20 phone calls from myself to the dealership or VW financial services over 5 weeks to get it sorted. I was advised it had been sorted and it hadnŌĆÖt, i was promised calls back that didnt happen. Only when a complaint was raised (which i really wanted to avoid) was anything sorted. The accounts department are inept at best. They ended up settling my old car two months late and returning the differance to myself (which she ŌĆśforgotŌĆÖ to do, when i rang up 2 days after i was advised it was coming)

However el-louise from admin (apologies if i got the name wrong) was very helpful and things got sorted when she got involved.

Very happy with the car and the sale, frustrating in orher areas.

Came in at the weekend to see if I could do something with my car I was wanting to look for a older car but they were very pushy for a new car.... I only went in to see what cars they had and get a few prices.. 1 hour and half later I am being emotionally blackmailed as I didn't want to make the decision there and then i needed to think about it, I was told I wasted her time.

Was very pushy and came across very desperate... Will not be coming back again.

Great experience I had buying my vw golf from Lancaster VW. On the day I only went with a mindset to just have a quick discussion to see what finance options are available, because I wasn't sure if they had the car I needed in stock at the time. I was very pleased to see there is actually a car that ticked all the boxes. Csilla was incredibly helpful she knew exactly what I needed and offered me a test drive and I made my decision immediately. I can't thank her enough for the service she provided she is friendly, professional and understands exactly what the customer needs. Overall a great experience at the time of purchase with Csilla, during handover with Graham and after the purchase with the paint and body shop team. Thanks!

Rite we brought a new golf R from here in 2016 sales service was brilliant couldn't fault the customer service BUT since we had our car serviced (at Lancaster vw) we are having nothing but problems with the car, brake pad warning light has come on after just 20,000 very steady miles by a female driver, water coolant has needed topping up 3 times, the battery in the key has now given us a warning through the dash ­¤Öł­¤Öł what next?? Couldn't fault the car before it went in for a service but now it's like I need to be a mechanic to maintain it!

Mark Snape was an excellent salesman, allowed me to haggle and i got a great deal on my UP GTI - he even came on his day off for me to collect. Quick, efficient i canŌĆÖt fault him.

However... the citigo i traded in wasnŌĆÖt settled, despite being put up for sale. This resulted in me paying for two cars for two months. It took well over 20 phone calls from myself to the dealership or VW financial services over 5 weeks to get it sorted. I was advised it had been sorted and it hadnŌĆÖt, i was promised calls back that didnt happen. Only when a complaint was raised (which i really wanted to avoid) was anything sorted. The accounts department are inept at best. They ended up settling my old car two months late and returning the differance to myself (which she ŌĆśforgotŌĆÖ to do, when i rang up 2 days after i was advised it was coming)

However el-louise from admin (apologies if i got the name wrong) was very helpful and things got sorted when she got involved.

Very happy with the car and the sale, frustrating in orher areas.

Came in at the weekend to see if I could do something with my car I was wanting to look for a older car but they were very pushy for a new car.... I only went in to see what cars they had and get a few prices.. 1 hour and half later I am being emotionally blackmailed as I didn't want to make the decision there and then i needed to think about it, I was told I wasted her time.

Was very pushy and came across very desperate... Will not be coming back again.

IŌĆÖve had my Polo over a year, few hiccups sorting finance out initially and my car had been misdiagnosed twice between Jan and May, they got it right the third time and replaced the anti-rolling bar for free, despite it not being included in my warranty! Also massive thank you Hayley who always greets me with great customer service, sheŌĆÖs second to none and she even got me two boxes Auto Glym products as a gesture of goodwill because she knows I love cleaning my own car ’┐Į Thank you Hayley!!!

I traded my car in for a newer VW Golf with Csilla at Lancaster Volkswagen. Csilla was polite, friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole matter. She negotiated a fair deal with me, kept in touch with me afterwards resolving any queries, and bringing it up to a smooth handover on the day of handing my car over and collecting the new one. I recently bought a Polo from Lancaster VW. Csilla dealt with me, she was extremely friendly and helpful, let me test drive a couple of different models and we sorted out a deal which I was happy with and felt was very competitive.

Graham dealt with the handover, made sure I knew how everything worked and even threw in a cuddly toy for the kids.
