We’ve just had our little girls and nephews joint 2nd party here today and had a brilliant time! The staff were amazing especially the manager all was very well organised and all dietary requirements were catered for which was a massive bonus! It’s a fab, imaginative clean place that all the children enjoyed! Thank you so much for a stress free party � xxx

We visited last Sunday, we live over the water but fancied trying somewhere different. Our little girl is 18 months old and the place was perfect for her to explore safely on her own (while we had a rare cuppa in peace!). It’s small enough that I could see her at all times but big enough to keep her fully entertained for the whole session. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and were often seen interacting with the kids in the play areas despite there only being two of them. We had a lovely morning and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely morning Team Role Play Hebburn x

We took over little girl and baby boy here this morning and they loved it! Such a great place with lots of play stations to keep them occupied. Our little girl loved the Hairdressers, the Shop, the Vets, and the Fire Engine. Food and drinks were also lovely and great value. Overall a great family fun environment with such friendly and welcoming staff. We will definitely be back. Book now!

We had our little dudes 2nd birthday party at role play last weekend and it was absolutely brilliant.



The best thing about role play is that there isn't loads of bigger kids barging the littles out the way. We love that it is catered especially for younger children and is more about using imagination than screens and computer games.



From the first message sent enquiring about parties to leaving role play after the party, the customer service couldn't be better! Melissa was amazing and all of the staff couldn't do enough for us. Ashleigh made sure to check that everything was OK regularly and ask if there was anything we needed. And the other girl (sorry I didn't get her name) was great keeping things organised with drinks orders etc while having to open the door a million times.



Role play was a brilliant place for Rocco's party and literally completely stress free! Thank you so much!

We had our daughter's birthday party here at the weekend and it was brilliant. She loved it and all the kids had an amazing time. The staff are brilliant and made sure the whole party ran smoothly start to finish. The communication when booking it etc was very good.

Everything was sorted for us, the food was good and the afternoon was absolutely perfect.

We celebrated my little girl's 4th birthday at Role Play yesterday & everyone had a fantastic time. Staff were amazing & made it so relaxed for us. Thank you!

Visited Role Play with my 20 month old just last week. We both thoroughly enjoyed it with such a fantastic range of role play for her to experience. The coffee, crumpet and cake was superb too. Staff were welcoming and great with the children. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is just fantastic. I love the fact you can sit and watch your little one play at all stations and watch their little imagination run wild! My daughter Evelyn loves everything about this place from eating cheese sandwiches to playing shops but most importantly story time under the tree! The staff are lovely and the place is immaculate. Would highly recommend �

My son loves coming to Role Play so it was a natural choice for his 2nd birthday party.



We chose the afternoon tea option for food but, many of the children had multiple and conflicting food allergies. The Role Play team were absolutely amazing the food looked great and they made sure that all the food was suitable for all guests (avoiding wheat, egg, milk and soya in all food) it made such a difference that all my sons friends could enjoy the whole party and parents didn’t have to worry about allergic reactions. The party room looked great too so no need to worry about additional decorations.



My son and his friends really enjoyed his party and we were even able to choose one of his favourite books for the story time at the end of the play session.



Cannot recommend Role Play enough for a birthday party or just something to do during the day. The kids are free to explore all the play areas around the edge of the seating area without parents having to worry about where they are. Everything is always clean and staff tidy up throughout the session so the themed areas still make sense for the whole play time.



Absolutely perfect activity for busy toddlers.

Lovely little role play area for little ones. Two members of staff that were on were helpful, friendly and approachable. All areas were clean. Lots to choose from on the reasonably priced menu. I noticed there was a walker and jumperoo for older babies which is great. Only thing I’d say is a bouncer would be handy for smaller babies and maybe a mat for them to lie on and play with a few rattles or something. Will definitely be back. We loved it! �

Just been to role play for the first time and was so impressed, Iv been to so many places with Jackson and this is by far 1 of the best. Very safe and very fun and the staff especially Lucy are amazing so much so I booked my sons 2nd birthday party while I was there. Looking forward too our next visit 5 �

I came here on Wednesday for a little treat as my daughter had just turned 2 and WOW what wonderful, thoughtful and very helpful staff you have! Right from the start we were greeted with great big smiles and you both went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a lovely day! This is a fantastic place to go if your children love to play and the place was absoloutly spotless. Thankyou so much. I will definetly be back again x

Had children from 2 year olds to 6 years old and each one of them were thoroughly entertained from start to finish. Everyone commented how fab the party was. The venue was ideal for what we wanted. Thanks to all the staff for making Matthews 2nd birthday party a day to remember xxxx

Fab little place perfect for toddlers! My son is Dairy free and they’ve catered to him no bother as they had dairy free choc and nibbles on their kitchen. First place I’ve found that has that! Definitely recommend! �
