Upgraded our Mini Countryman, thanks to Manuel, excellent helpful and friendly salesperson.



After purchasing we encountered some problems with the car, not of the dealer's making. However the matter has been resolved entirely to our satisfaction.



Things do go wrong from time to time but it is the way in which problems are corrected which is more important.



Thank you to Martin for sorting things out and my 5 star rating remains appropriate.

Traded my old car in for a cooper works convertable fantastic service deffo reccomend, and even the lady in her heels moved my car out the space after I got into a pickle � ��

My wife bought a brilliant 5 door mini hatch with jcw pack and apple car play etc part of a promotion last month.

I’ve bought loads of cars from loads of dealers and garages over the years but Lloyd’s and in particular our sales guy, Glenn, stand out as an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Found them no pressure at all, straight forward talking and above all offering a very good deal. Cool showroom too (with good coffee) and plenty of time to make your mind up. You know your being looked after when a car dealer offers to buy you a toastie �



Would definitely recommend Lloyd and if you are allergic to your typical cliched car salesmen go see them and Glenn. Good job all round.

My sales rep Glenn looked after me from the very start. I initially was interested in a mini from the website and arranged a test drive with Glenn. Whilst I was there I spotted a blue mini that I liked - he went through the pricing and got the ball rolling in me collecting the car the week after! On the day of collection Glenn went through the controls of the car and paired my phone to the Bluetooth. Very helpful and would 100% recommend

I've also recently been dealing with Pat regarding a Motability vehicle and, again, he's been really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, without hesitation!
