It's a little known fact that after a long dry spell, much dust has built up on the road surface. Once wet, this becomes 'slushy'and creates a skid hazard for several hours till its washed down the drains. So KEEP DISTANCE all drivers and brake earlier to stop/slow down Safe driving everyone !!
