With a warm reception and friendly staff this restaurant gave great first impressions. The food was excellent: expertly cooked and presented. The only downside was that not all the steaks were available from the menu; I would recommend that you call in advance to avoid disappointment. I would recommend any steak lovers to try this place.

We absolutely love this restaurant the food is excellent quality and lots of it. The staff are friendly and welcoming it has a great atmosphere with low lighting and candles and back ground music anyone who hasn't yet been should get a table booked I guarantee you won't be disappointed

Tried out lost property on Friday with all the family , what an amazing night , such a relaxing atmosphere even though they were so busy and such tasty food served quickly even for a table of our size !! Great place for a sharing board. Staff were so attentive and helpful, will definitely be returning xx

The most unbelievable food around! Fillet steak and lobster cooked to perfection with 2 sides and a sauce included. Cocktails are fantastic as well as amazingly friendly staff serving throughout. Can see ourselves becoming a regular in this quirky little hideaway restaurant �

The best tasting food in the Boro! The quantity and quality is outstanding! Excellent chef and excellent staff!

Second visit, this time with husband after busy trip to Manchester. Ordered tomahawk steak sides and sauces. Huge!!! And felt utterly greedy, genuinely had to take some home. Delicious and sides and sauces were equally great.

I should also add that the cocktail I had on arrival was a beautifully mixed cosmopolitan and it just served to set scene for a great evening, looking forward to next visit. Should add there were some equally happy couples eating near us

Really good meal, generous portions. Lovely seafood, salt and pepper squid, chilli king prawns and lobster tail to name just a few. We had a "Holy Cow" sparing platter with perfectly cooked steaks on and a good mix of sides. We were too full for dessert but will have one next time. Good choice of cocktails and I'd recommend trying their own in house infused spirits range, I had Parma violet gin with elderflower tonic which was really nice. Very friendly staff who do a great job. The place was busy so I'd recommend booking. 5** evening.

Manager was so kind and even got my friends prawns deheaded for her because she didn’t know how to do it herself. The food was amazing and the staff were very accommodating would definitely go back

Great food and great prices, me and 2 other friends shared the 32oz steak which included 4 sides and 2 sauces, we also had 2 soft drinks each and a starter to share which come to £25 each including a tip! definitely worth a visit�

The holy cow sharing board was out of this world 🌍 👌🏼👌🏼 The steak was cooked exactly how we like it and tasted divine. The cocktails are bespoke to lost property and were so yummy that we were prepared to make our way through the entire cocktail list! Hats off guys, great evening and will definitely be returning 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Couldn’t fault it, last minute booking when we arrived we were the only ones in n wondered why the online booking appeared booked up

Within 20 minutes the place was rammed - with good reason!

Service good, Parma good, burger good and a fab sharing board

Came the other day with my other half and was incredibly impressed with the friendly staff and service! The food was delicious and high quality! Will definitely be back!

Ate here with family on Friday and had a fantastic LP experience. The food was exceptional, the staff are extremely professional and friendly and the restaurant has a really nice vibe to it. Can’t wait to visit again!

Ate here this week for a large family get-together. Several family members hadn’t been here before and they’ll be back! Cleared plates all round - and that’s not easy the size of the portions! Burgers especially a big hit on this occasion 🍔🥩🍔

Absolutely love this restaurant it was our first visit and won’t be the last, we had a surf n turf sharing board .... we were given steak knives but you didn’t need them a butter knife would have done the trick it was cooked to perfection and with a great array of seafood, I’m not normally a lover of calamari but it just goes to show cooked correctly and it’s not like eating an elastic band! Somehow we managed enough room for pudding, homemade sticky toffee pudding was gorgeous with a generous helping of peanut brittle. Highly recommended this restaurant

Compact and bijou, cosy if you like. Great food and if you like something a little different, so much the better. Good, sociable staff, what's not to like? Especially with good company, which we had.

Uncomfortably warm but a welcoming atmosphere. Not much choice on menu and mediocre food overpriced and small portions (and I’m not a big eater). Slow to bring out the food and they forgot a side, which they presented after we’d finished! We could hear the chef upstairs swearing. Singer was fabulous hence three stars. Won’t be rushing back. Was meant to be a mother’s day treat
