Hi Everyone! We are Open as normal :-)

A colleague found this dog in West Park. Please share & help us find the owner x REUNITED!! - Thank you for all of your help everyone x

User

Hi Everyone!
We have had a few queries regards the article that was in today's Northern Echo stating that the theatre owner was struggling to keep it open. I would like to stress that the running of the Majestic Theatre has nothing to do with the Soft Play. It is a separate business.
So it's business as usual for Magic and Mayhem and we look forward to seeing you all soon. It's Friday....Woohoo!!!
... from Craig and all of the Team at M&M :-)

What a fantastic place! Staff were friendly and helpful. It is suitable for a range of ages from baby to teenager (my nephews are 3 and 10) and both loved it here. Food was reasonably priced for children and adults and very tasty. The play area was so big I couldn't see the kids, equipment was new and we'll kept, very safe. I will come back here 😊

User

What a cracking place.! Great for the children , the facilities are clean and bright , everything seems safe and well maintained.

The food is great for a family tea! Absolutely loads! Great value!

The coffee is great ,nice and warm .

The Staff are warm and welcoming , and very helpful, Ideal if you have mobility issues , like me , you can easily get about if you are in a wheelchair.

The main thing is my daughter loves it ! We will be regulars now we have found it ! Cheers!

We had our granddaughter's 6th birthday here. The children all had a great time and had their own little area to eat and for mums to sit and wait. All the staff were lovely and very helpful.

User

We had my sons 8th birthday at magic and mayhem. All the kids had a brill time and nothing was too much trouble for the girls who were working. Thank you

User

My child loves going here and the staff are amazing my child got hurt by another who bit his cheek at a kids party and the staff were brilliant in calming him down and making him feel better and seeing to his cheek can’t fault how they treat customers at all

User

My boys have been coming since it opened ,they have had party's there also . I think it's a great place to take the children , all ages there is something to do for everyone . I have also found the staff friendly and food good especially the platters .

User

User

I need to thank the boss of M&M who witnessed my little boy having a nasty fall (in the car park behind). Few moments after he appeared with stickers and a multi coloured slushy for him, very kind and made the whole situation a little bit better.

You went the extra mile thankyou so much!!

User

Had a lovely afternoon here with my children and a little end of school holiday catch up with some of my mummy friends and their children...100% better with heating

User

Always a pleasure to go to. They are friendly and always open to help. I have children on the spectrum and appreciate their willing to allow them to have a normal fun day like every other child. Good facilities, good food and smiling faces when we left. All I can ask

User

My kids love it here.

They can climb and bounce and scream and run and it's all about the kids here.

I wish there were more menus around & at busy points more people serving.

Apart from that and proving parents with ear plugs on arrival I can't complain.

My girls had a great time today. It was our first visit and they really enjoyed it. My only criticism would be that the under 4 areas were uninspiring, boring and well just a bit rubbish it needs money spending on it. And a bit of imagination. The little ones want to have fun to! Otherwise fun in the large areas.

User

It's a decent play area for a decent price, bigger than dolly and doesnt rob you blind like adventure point. There's a decent selection of food but it was better before the new manager took over and the chips with replaced with cheap matchsticks- used to actually enjoy the meals but its crap now tbh. We will still go for the play area tho. Can always have a coffee and a cake. Toilets could do with a help button in them because they are all the way at the back. Oh and in my expearience the staff have always been very nice!

User

Had a lovely time with my grandson, but I do think £4,75 for a 1 year old is a bit steep, £2 for children under 3 years would be better , there's not a great deal for under 3 year olds to do, after the age of 3 they can use and enjoy all of the facilities, but on the whole a very nice place

User

very expensive! £15 + to get in with my 1yr old 5yr and 7yr old £5 for drinks, then £2 for the toy car ride. it was quiet, no queues to get on the trampoline for example. But not a lot for the littlest ones to play with so they should be free in my opinion.

User

The kids had fun however it takes ages for someone to let you in as only 1 person serving on the food/drinks is the same person taking the money where you sign your child in.. also my child spilt his drink.. people who work there was told about it and was asked for some cloth to clean it they told us to wait a second cos they was severing and would be over in a min 10 mins later no one has been over so went over again at this point a lady was walking towards us with some paper towels so I thought finally getting done nope walked in the other direction so shouted over to say she was going the wrong way (she didn't hear us) anyways so someone else ended up cleaning it up after going into the toilet for some paper.. eventually someone did come over but only when it was to late and the floor was all soaking aswell as kids running in and out of it ( we did try and stop them) they was lucky no one fell over!!
