We had the potato fries for starters which was a meal in it's self and for the main course I had the rabbit and mushroom pasta and my husband had the spaghetti meatballs and we were absolutely stuffed it was delicious I would highly recommend going and the staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to help xxx

We had a beautiful meal here while we were visiting Newcastle. The staff were all really lovely and friendly. We will defiantly visit here again and would certainly recommend to anyone. Thank you Marco Polo keep up the good work �

Lovely food i had the lamb for starter the pork belly & mash for main from the ne1 special restaurant week menu very tasty however could have done with veg or something to fill the plate

I had the 3 course meal for £14, and the food was amazing!!!

Had a lovely meal for my sons 21st the food was beautiful and the service excellent.Thankyou for makin our day special . A big thanks to ur lovely waiting staff

Firstly at 23 years old this is my first ever food review but i couldn’t not review the food I’ve just ate! (Although the wine may be talking slightly) I have just ate the best braised ham shank in my life! It was just incredible..!! Starter was lovely, cocktails gorgeous and wine flowing! I could eat that ham forever... 10/10 ��

First visit had potato skins and dips to share portion huge. Then both had pizzas very nice staff friendly. Bill ok price would return

Came in here last night on a busy night in town folllwing ladies day races! We had been turned away at two other places as they didn't have room and to be honest I expected the same here as I knew it had a very good reputation! But no!!! we had no wait shown straight to a table had excellent service and the food was superb quality. A really extensive and different menu the staff were very busy yet very accommodating and professional. We had friends with us from London who were suitably impressed with the place for all the same reasons and I like that there is a note on the bill to assure you that the waiting staff receive all their tips! Top notch deserved 5 stars!

Both our meals were delicious, cocktails were lovely and strong :) big portions and not too badly priced. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. We had a perfect Valentine's night, we will definitely be back.

Birthday celebration with 10 family members. Gorgeous meal last night at Marco Polo. The ribeye steak, belly pork and sea bass got thumbs up � for our table as did the various pasta and pizza dishes.

Only criticism would be the price of a bottle of wine over £20 for Merlot .

This being said I’d Definitely visit again.

Been visiting for years, and exceptional again today ... 3 course Xmas menu for £20 and cocktails. Amazing value, quality and service. Booked again for next weekend �

As soon as you walk in you are made very welcome. The restraunt itself had a lovely feel. The service was excellent and the staff were professional friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic. I would recommend the fillet steak.

Absolutely amazing food and staff my boyfriend proposed to me in this restaurant last night and staff were amazing and so were the customers thank you so much definitely my number one restaurant xx

An excellent restaurant, popped in on speck four of us. Food and service was excellent and would recommend it, great atmosphere, had a nice table in the window. �

They had double booked our table so we had a 40 minute delay with 1 free drink. Waited 40 minz for starter & 30 for main course which i could have got better from aldi. Waiter service terrible took 20 mins to order a drink. Remember when this place was half decent don 't go utter shite
