Proper Gym with great facilities , friendly staff and customers ....Gymbam is a great addition to the Gym he has been my PT for a few months now and has made a 44 year old middle aged bloke Hot again , according to my wife anyhow

No one in here has a top knot, I've never seen a single selfie be taken either..

Just went back to this gym after 2 years away in another gym. I must say what a change the place is so much cleaner, equipment has all been repaired after years of neglect which is so good to see as this type machinery (old school hammer strength equipent) is so hard to come by. Atmosphere is great everyone is so friendly and all chat to each other, no aragant arseholes like you get in some gyms this place is class. Kim at the front desk is lovely she really friendly and helpful and always has a smile. All in all the place has changed for the better and i love it would recommend to anyone 10/10 top gym ��

I'm up here visiting family whilst on leave from the navy, signed up to payasugym as I travel around on leave quite a lot. This gym is awesome, has a nice old school vibe with incredibly friendly staff. Couldn't ask for much more in terms of facilities! Will be coming here everytime I'm visiting family up north.

First session in Marine House yesterday. Staff were friendly and the facilities were old school but in perfect working order. Will definitely be training here in the build up to the NABBA Universe.

First session back in gym yesterday for a long time class gym class bunch of staff and top set of people train there all helpful and supportive good group of Personal Trainers who are all experienced. I will be back Stu and the team of staff doing a great job

Every time I go to gymbam my energy and motivation goes through the roof. All down to Jimmy and Ross. Just when you think you can't do anymore they spur you on til the end. If I can do it you can do it.

Being part of the England Boxing Talent Programme I really need to take training seriously to ensure best possible results in my sport. Since training at Marine House under GYMBAMs Strength & Conditioning my physicality has felt awesome. Fight camps are structured and rewarding and I look forward to every single session!

Been to this gym for years now and have no complaints. Good music, good atmosphere, perfect weights. #bringitbacktotheoldschool

Awesome gym, had loads of good work done under new owners. Old school feel from high quality equipment. Definitely recommend it!!
