Sack off that 30 day squat challenge ๐
๐ผโโ๏ธ hit those squats, Romanian deadlifts, hip thrusts & Bulgarian split squats. Vary your rep ranges, hit those glutes 2-3 times a week, enforce progressive overload to really pert up that posterior โ๐ป
Donโt fall for gimmicks! Train smarter not harder ๐ช๐ป
How many meals per day? ๐ง It doesnโt matter! Eat 2 meals or 22 it will not affect your fat loss ๐

so if you would rather eat larger meals less often go for it, or smaller but often thatโs fine as long as over the 24 hour period you hit your daily or weekly goal ๐ฅ

Having a weekly calorie goal is a more effective way of playing the calories in calories out game opposed to a daily target ๐ฏ
This will allow you to simply have less calories on the days where you donโt need them and having a few extra for the days you do need them ๐๐ป
ALSO try logging calories Friday to Thursday rather than Monday to Sunday... this means you can have even more freedom at the weekend to be social and enjoy your food ๐ BUT be aware you might be on poverty calo...ries Mon Tue Wed Thurs ๐

What can I say about this chapโฆ dropped a whopping 25lbs in his 8 week cut as well as significantly reducing measurements and the visuals. Gary is a pure grafter, strong like a bull, 100% determined and commited to the cause ๐๐ป

... โHaving got back into weight training 5 years ago after being quite unfit for many years Iโd seen some pleasant results in terms of just becoming stronger and more muscular, but had not really concentrated on aesthetics. But upon recently saying to myself โDo you know what? Actually, I wouldnโt mind not just being strong but also looking nice on a beach without my shirt onโ I decided to take advantage of a Male only body transformation training group programme that Matt Jordinson was offering earlier this year.
And oh boy, I saw results fast โ shedding something like nearly 2 stones in the space of as many months. As for the training itself and my experience of working with Matt, itโs been a pleasant one that I would definitely recommend. Itโs been a real eye-opener in many respects because, despite having been into training for a few years prior to working with Matt there was in fact quite a lot of gaps in my knowledge when it came to nutrition and there were a number of โfactsโ that I was misinformed on.
So whether youโre a newbie or (like me) someone whoโs perhaps been at it for a while but is need of some extra refinement I have no hestitation in recommending Matt as a P.T. for affordable, goal-driven and fun training that sees real results (as evidenced by my photos!).

Give yourself a few short term 4 week targets & goals rather than just one weight loss goal. Here are some ideas for short term goals & targets...

๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Be able to bench press/push press โxโ amount of weight for โxโ amount of reps
๐ฆต Be able to squat a better depth through doing mobility work
โ๏ธ Lose 4 lbs of body fat
๐ Drop 3cm off circumferal measurements
๐ด๐ผโโ๏ธ Be consistently doing 4 gym sessions per week
๐โโ๏ธ Be able to run 5k in โxโ time
๐งโโ๏ธ Be in a routine of regular meditation

LOW CAL FIXESโฆ ๐ฅค๐๐
So your dieting and keeping things flexible but sometimes you may need to cut back on a few cals here or there to allow social eating/drinking etc. So what are your low calorie โgo tooโsโ?

... Low cal yogurt - Fills me up and add some myprotein flavour drops your laughing! ๐
Coke Zero - Minimal cals, MILES better than pepsi max ๐ฅค๐คซ
Snackajacks - 100 cals a bag and these caramel ones are UNREAL! ๐๐ป
Greens - Full of fibre to keep you fuller for longer ๐ฅฆ๐ฅฌ
Rice cakes - Some would rather eat bigfoots toe nails but I dont mind the polystyrene chew from a rice cake me ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ

Love/Hate Lunges ๐ฆต
Nothing I love/hate more than some walking lunges. It feels good because it kills big time so i know its working and pushing me but bad at the same time I want to vom ๐คฎ
Take away point get out of your comfort zone and push yourself, secondly cheesburger pizza from Dominoes is great fuel for lunges ๐ ๐ ๐
