i was really nervous the first time i attended one of their boot camp sessions as i had never done anything like that before, Max was brilliant made me feel really relaxed, the boot camps are great and I can definitely feel my fitness is improving and i can actually say i look forward to going there's always a great atmosphere in the class and you are motivated and pushed each morning. would highly recommend!

What can i say but but truly amazing. All started when i deliverd a few weight bars for max and then decided to ask what he charges but instead of being like any other PT or gym he was keen to know what i wanted to achive and after talking for a few max got me booked for a PT session with donagh and since then i have been hooked cant wait to get to my goal with these guys. Only done 3 sessions but i can feel a difference and donagh is great at what he does he has had me improving each session and cant wait to smash the 50kg goal on bench press he has set me ��� could not recome d these guys enough ��

Maximum Fitness has an amazing atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I was a bit sceptical at first about the 30 minute sessions as I have been used to an hour sessions in other gyms. What a shock I got after a 30 minute bootcamp as it’s packed with a full body workout. I am now doing PT sessions with Max to get ready for my wedding in November and couldn’t ask for a better trainer. He is encouraging and an infectious personality which makes you want to push harder in your session. Would recommend Maximum Fitness 100% 😊

He won't do anything you aren't comfortable with yet at the same time pushes you so you can get the best out of yourself. Since I've started training with Max I've lost body fat, my body shape has changed and I get stronger week after week. His bootcamps are ace and set you up for the day. I'm not going to lie they're a tough 30 minutes but totally worth it for the fitness improvements you'll see.

I’ve been doing my personal training sessions and bootcamp with George for just over a month now. I’d never done much exercise before and had always dreaded the idea of going to the gym. From the offset George has made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The sessions are tough, but we always have a laugh, and George has pushed me further than I could ever have imaged in such a short space of time! I can’t wait to see the results.

I’ve been coming to Maximum Fitness for about 6 weeks now and it’s the best bootcamp I’ve been to, Max is really motivating, it’s tough but also fun and everyone is really friendly. It’s easy to write a review about a place when everything about it is so overwhelmingly positive. My partner and I have been training at Maximum fitness for around 5 months and have been impressed with every aspect of it. We both used to enjoy training, but would find it easy to skip gym sessions and lose motivation. However, Max, Donagh, George and Naomi are all excellent trainers and keep every boot camp fun and interesting, whilst also pushing you to achieve the best you possibly can. From our first session we have found Maxmimum Fitness to have a warm, friendly atmosphere with a real team orientated ethos; like a family! I cannot speak highly enough of the results we have seen in our time there and would recommend the boot camps to anyone, no matter their level of fitness; you WILL see results whatever your goal is!

A special mention to Max who we have done so many sessions with and has been so approachable from day one and to Donagh who we have worked with in our PT sessions; he has pushed us to the max, but has made every session something to look forward to (maybe with the exception of the leg press!) and we are delighted with our results so far.

I've recently started training at Maximum Fitness. I had previously been doing 1-2-1 PT and had found it suited me really well. I had several health issues when I started which could have limited me but i've suprised myself and done more than i ever thought possible.



When my trainer had to move I set about finding a new team to work with. I had been recommended to look at Maximum Fitness and I was delighted to find that they focus on personalised training whether it be solo, small group or bootcamps. I attended a trial session with my friend and absolutely loved it. We're now doing 3 sessions a week which are really pushing us and im looking forward to improving over the coming weeks and months.

I've been going to the bootcamp classes at Maximum Fiteness since February this year and for the first time in my life I actually feel 100% comfortable when training in a gym! Max, Donagh, George and Naomi are all excellent trainers, they are enthusiastic, motivating and they genuinely care about you. All of the members are great too, it really is such a friendly atmosphere where everyone spurs each other on. I would recommend this gym to absolutely everyone. During the classes the trainers alway make sure that the exercise is suitable for your ability and will always help you to improve your technique and form. Before I started going to Maximum Fitness I had never been stick to going to the gym etc, but now I really enjoy it. It has really changed my life! �

I joined boot camp mid January after a friend had highly recommend Max and his team and WOW what an amazing experience it was. I was blown away by how comfortable they make you feel as my self and probably a lot of new starters are pretty nervous as your not sure what to expect and I was immediately put at ease. I have been training with Max at Maximum Fitness since mid November. Having just had my first child, a difficult labour and emergency C section, to say my body was in tatters was an understatement. My joints and core were ruined. I was nervous starting off, but Max put me completely at ease, and having one to one PT each week I have managed to get rid of all of my baby weight (and then some) and now completely hooked on my fitness journey. I’m lifting weights that I have never even considered lifting, and the strongest I have ever been. Max and the team are amazing. Their expertise in the fitness industry, based around working out, nutrition and well being is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough and I’m so excited to carry on my journey. I have been doing my personal training sessions with Max for four weeks now and also the bootcamps which are fantastic! I was stuck in a rut and really unhappy with myself and body, although I have only been doing it a short period of time I have had already had amazing results. The whole of the maximum fitness team are really great people and love helping you achieve your goals aswell as making you feel incredibly comfortable which is half the battle. Max is a very knowledgeable and genuine guy who couldn't be anymore motivated and really wants to see you achieve!! I decided to have some personal training for the first time ever and when Max announced he was opening a new gym this motivated me to book a initial ten sessions. Both Max and Don are amazing, they both listen to you and understand what you personally want to achieve ie where you are now, where you want to be etc,

etc, both professional, down to earth and motivating and inspiring, working hard whilst having fun along the way. I totally recommend maximum fitness to anyone whatever level you are. George is also amazing who has recently joined the team. Great modern equipment and location.

Everyone at Maximum Fitness is so lovely and welcoming and really make you feel at ease. It’s an amazing environment to train in. Since training with Naomi, I’ve become stronger and feel much more confident in myself. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so motivational. 5 stars doesn’t do this place justice! I’ve always struggled to stay motivated but ever since joining Maximum Fitness I’ve finally got in to the swing of things and I can’t thank everybody here enough! The bootcamp sessions are fab and the variety each time always keeps things interesting and fun. Everybody does the sessions different and I thoroughly enjoy them all. Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else now I’ve met these amazing people who always push you to your limit and are always there to help ��
