Petite Belgique is the start of a mini series of Belgian inspired beers (eyes peeled over the coming weeks for 2 more releases). This session golden ale is an easy going, relatively simple beer for the summer. Expect mild ester aromas but backed up by light grapefruit and pine notes from Chinook hops which are balanced by late additions of the more delicate, citrus and floral Celeia.
Phrik Leae Khing, with the ever lovely @ne_alchemy is a delightfully balanced chilli and ginger Gose. Not wanting to create a chilli forward beer, you get a warming aroma, primarily ginger followed by salinity and a slight sourness....then the chilli arrives and lingers....and develops.

Today we brew the last of a 3 part series, the first of which is released on Monday. All 3 beers are contemporary takes on styles very close to our heart. Where art meets science, new wave meets tradition and unpopular styles clash with new fresh ingredients and approaches. One of these beers set us in this path some 15 years ago. #Proud
All 3 are available in cask, keg and can over the next couple of months.

Our lovely collab with the lovely Northern Alchemy launches this weekend at The Cumberland Arms' SUMMER FESTIVAL. Plus you can get your lips on it at our tap takeover at Head of Steam Newcastle then get your mits on it from Monday in can.
