New patio done at Whickham. What a transformation this is from the old tatty council flags to this fantastic Indian sandstone patio 👌

Phase one of a job at Stocksfield, was a challenging job with access more than anything but over the moon with the finished result, couple of little added things to do on this area when phase 2 starts. Happy days 👌

Lost the photos when I first started this job, decking at the patio doors etc and I got it done in 6 days, footings, walls, build up etc with help only on 2 of them 6 days 💪

On going extension near Barnard Castle.

First house going up at Tofthill and second pad in for the next one. Just another 2 to go. Going to be 4 beautiful stone faced houses coming to the market soon. Mdsgroundworks working alongside the owners of the site to accomplish these great family homes.

Job done in Newburn industrial estate. They were having drainage problems with backed up waste and surface water, so we installed a new septic tank and separated the surface water into the burn where Newburn got its name from.

Job done at a factory in Ashington. New pit and patching of the concrete floor ready for a 30 ton press going in.

There will be more pics to follow once I get pics from my old phone but this is the front of the property we did. More pics will show finishing touches etc and that is artificial grass, looks mint plus it has a joint in that not many people know how to do a proper joint so you can't see it👌 job near Blaydon.

Stone circle done in Ryton.

Job done over at Heddon on the wall, turned this dull old back yard into a stunning area for the customer to finally use. The Indian sandstone sets it off lovely. A lot of work was involved in this one including a new pad for a porch to go on but the outcome was definitely worth it.
