Thank you for the amazing meal for our party of 24 on Saturday night. You and all of your lovely team helped to make it a truly memorable evening for my husband's special birthday celebration and for all of our guests. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and so many people said that they would definitely be coming back. Meze really is a gem.

Only place in Darlington I've found a decent kebab. Quality meat cooked with care and flavour. you guys should seriously consider deliveries; people would go mad for this kinda thing.

I've had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant a couple of times now and it never disappoints...it's absolutely fantastic! The restaurant itself is laid back, cozy and the food, well, what's not to love?! The Meze starter is bursting with flavour, every morsel is delicious. The moussaka is the best I've ever tasted and the meat, it's tender, succulent and tastes devine.



This family run business is a real credit to Darlington and I would recommend everyone needs to try it!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Food is consistently excellent and the flavours Gem creates are like a fiesta for the senses. Service is professional and friendly from Laura and Pauline’s customer service with diners unsurpassed... it’s like coming to a friends house for dinner. Food heaven.

Been many times and never came away disappointed, lovely food freshly made and cooked. I usually have meze starter which is about 6 or 8 small tasters and one of their fantastic kebabs, great value and delicious.

Another fantastic meal at Meze. Even through the resturant was full. You provided 5 star service, beautiful freshly cooked food without a prolonges weight. Its my 4th or 5th time at meze and i'l be back. Feedback from my table of 11 was all postive.

Amazing food comes out of a small kitchen, all freshly prepared. Great service, very friendly staff and owners. Our favourite Restaurant have been visiting Meze for many years. Let's hope once the Hippodrome opens Meze will get lots more custom �
