On friday 28th September 2018 from 0900 - 1100 we will be supporting the Macmillan Charity at the surgery. Feel free to pop in for a cuppa and a homemade cake

Due to comments from patients, the treatment room walk in clinic held on the mornings will be changing. Instead of waiting when you arrive you will be given a time slot, you can then decide to wait or come back at that time. We have been finding patients have been sitting for well over an hour and not knowing how long they have to wait. You can also phone to book a morning appoitment for this nurse run clinic. This change will be starting Monday 17th September

FLU VACCINATION CLINICS STARTING 17TH SEPTEMBER
If you are aged 65 or over or are aged 6 months to under 65 in one of the Clinical "at risk" groups then you are strongly advised to have a flu vaccination.
Please contact the surgery to make an appointment.

Flu is an infectious and common viral illness spread by coughs and sneezes.
It's not the same as the common cold. Flu is caused by a different group of viruses. Symptoms tend to be more severe and last longer.
You can catch flu – short for influenza – all year round, but it is especially common in winter, which is why it is also known as "seasonal flu".

Flu Season is nearly upon us, we are just waiting for confirmation of our vaccine delivery dates but are expecting to start these clinics the last week in september. We will advertise these dates once we have them.
