... 16 students took the exams from grades 1 to 8...ALL of them have passed and a whopping 11 gained DISTINCTION with the highest mark being 98% achieved by Imogen Cooper & Lottie Willis!
Special shout of to Jack Blakemore who passed his grade 8 exam with a high Merit at the age of 15 years old!! AMAZING!!

WATERFRONT FESTIVAL 2018! тШАя╕ПЁЯО╢ЁЯОЙ
What an AMAZING time we had at this years Waterfront festival! Our superstars opened the Main Stage on Saturday with beautiful choir performances and individual and Band performances too! Their professionalism was next to none! Lovely to have local children opening the show!
We were also involved in the Waterfront Parade which we LOVED! We even had our MTA mammas and Dads involved! We flew our MTA flag with pride!
... FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! We canтАЩt wait for next year!

Today they were the choir for Lauren & Michaels Wedding! They had learned 4 special songs including the song Lauren walked down the isle to, two while they were signing the register and one as the happy couple left the church!
They sang beautifully and all looked gorgeous! Their dedication is amazing especially after a crazy busy few weeks!

ЁЯТеЁЯОнЁЯО╢ We are OVER THE MOON to announce that 8 MTA students will be joining the cast for the Darlington Operatic Society's production of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang! From over 200 applications and 2 auditions our talented lot have made the final 36 and will be performing at the Darlington Hippodrome Theatre in October! So happy that our MTA students get to enjoy this amazing experience... we have guided them ev...ery step of the way and made sure they were fully prepared for the auditions and it has paid off!

TRINITY EXAMS 2018!!ЁЯТеЁЯОдтЬиЁЯО╢ WOW!!
MTA YOU HAVE PULLED IT OUT OF THE BAG YET AGAIN!! Trinity is defiantly the hardest of all of the exams as there is so much to learn as part of the exam! You have all worked your socks off and put in the hours to learn theory, listening tests and lyrics!
We had 40 MTA students taking exams from the initial grade right up to grade 4 and yet again we have smashed out 100% pass rate! ЁЯСКЁЯП╗ЁЯТе ANNNDDD a whopping 18 of our students came away with a PASS w...ith DISTINCTION!! But the best thing for me was how happy they were coming out of the exam! Smiling from ear to ear and asking when the next ones are! Thoroughly enjoying the experience! Priceless ЁЯСМЁЯП╗
Congratulations to all of our students and their dedicated parents, you should be very proud of your results! Hard work really does pay off!

Where do I start!... My daughter has been attending since she was 4 and the family has grew bigger and bigger, the talent is fantastic ,everyone supports each other.. from piano lessons to one to one singing there is a massive variety. The teaching faculty are beyond amazing!! #MTAALLTHEWAY

My daughter has been going to mta for three years cant believe how much she has progressed . Miss toni is a fab teacher who brings out the best in every child she teaches .

My daughter has attended MTA, performing arts, since she was 4 years old. (6 years) She has absolutely thrived in singing, music, dance and drama over the past 5 years!! She has had numerous opportunities throughout her time at MTA!! (Including a TV appearance) A relaxed atmosphere no pressure just fun fun fun!! We love MTA пњљ #mtaalltheway

My daughter (aged 8yrs) has been with MTA for 9 months doing 1-1 singing lesson for 30mins per week. Her confidence and talent has improved immensely over this time. She has been involved in a show at the local town hall (which was a sell out) and a presentation evening too in this time. Even though she is a 1-1 student she has become part of the MTA family and has made real friendships through the rehearsal sessions for the show/presentation. Keep up the great work #mtaalltheway

You have given Megan confidence and the want to do more so thank you and Miss Billie's sister is a lovely young girls she kept me company and taught me some things about music while i waited. Can highly recommend this fabulous place. It is filled with amazingly talented children. Miss Toni and staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They manage to make all the children feel special and recognise their individual talent and skills.

My daughter loves spending her time here and rarely misses a class.
