my first time in Newcastle ,and lucky enough to deal with absolute professionals ,friendly , helpful and totally genuine

Went in to look at a bike just a look �

And mark was unreal towards a deal and help fitting a few bits and bobs for me absolute cracking fella will use for all service and repair work walked out with the purchase of the bike and extras happy as a pig in ####

Motech have done a sterling job again. Flat spots at speed on new gayer, contacted 'local' dealers, one said will be dirty fuel, the other was going to charge me for diagnostics and couldn't confirm that cost would be refunded if work was to be done under warranty. Phoned Motech, dropped it off and Mark, as always, used the scoot, kept me updated and discovered dodgy throttle body. Warranty claim approved and gayer is like a new scoot. So what if I no longer live in Newcastle, it's definitely worth the extra miles to get a quality, trustworthy service done. Will always recommend them.

Have frequented Mo Tech since mid 80’s - always my first choice for spares , sales & repairs . An excellent bunch of lads led by the infamous Paul , great bloke !

Early 80s till now spent loads of coin there and had quality service the lads every one ov them bent ower backwards to help advise etc Pauls done me more favoours than owt else so hence 5 rating not doing scoots for now taking a break but if Paul gets a rat in center tank cut down extended forks might get bk into it �
