Don't let your child suffer from bullies. New self defence classes for 5 to 11 year olds, starting Wednesday 5th August 4.30 to 5 30 Grey St Crook. £3 a session. These special classes are designed by Professor Tomaszko who has 49 years of experience, to give juniors the confidence to deal with bullies. This is not a sports session, these are real self defence techniques that can be learnt by youngsters in a few weeks. At the end of the course each child who completes all the modules will receive a certificate and be eligible to progress to intermediate level.
