No idea what all the bad reviews are about, from the lovely lady who took my order to the lovely delivery driver to the lovely, hot food I cannot fault a thing! Just gutted I didn’t have enough to tip the driver

My boyfriend ordered from here and honestly the food is amazing the women on the phone kelly is lovely and friendly and the delivery driver was polite and friendly as well ☺️

From route 69 staff and this pizza shop has excellent customer service and the staff are really kind and helpful would recommend anyone to come hear it's also nice and cheap and they sell food that's top rated it's great after a nice drink

Food is always really tasty ( and I'm really picky) and really good value can't fault the service. nice people who run it They always make us an our little girl very welcome to the point she always asks to go. I'll definitely be ordering again.

Just had a delivery from here,,loved it curry was delicious,will definitely be keeping this menu for our trips to Sunderland,,sorry to the driver for not having much sterling left for a tip will make it up next time,thanks guys

two things missing,nearly an hour and a half late, not even hot and the RUDEST phone service ive ever came accross!! Never been so let down by monroes before normally bang on favourite place in town but thoroughly disgraced tonight. Only thing I cant fault is the delivery driver as he was lovely.

Pizza was stale and didn't get items I ordered. +was 20 minutes late considering it's a Thursday.

Ordered a take away they phoned back to confirm order and ask if we wanted a free garlic Bread it’s now 2.25am and we are still waiting for it to arrive phoned shop and they are now closed !!!!!

I ordered a donner kebab with salad nd chilli n garlic and all i got was fucking chips!!! Like wtf is this scandal!!! Hows a ment to eat a kebab with no salad nd garlic like! Fuckin fuminnn!!!!!

Got 2 mixed kebabs with chips and garlic, on Sunday night. They cost £17 just for two kebabs which is totally overpriced anyway. When we got it home, we'd been given salad instead of the chips we had ordered. The salad was mostly raw onion, which we could literally smell throughout the house even the next day. And the kebab was quite possibly the worst kebab I've ever had in my life. Literally tasted like a frozen kebab out of Aldi. Will not be returning!!

First time ordering from here tonight. Waited over an hour for my delivery, the food wasn't even hot when it arrived and couldn't even send me the right pop out. Will not be ordering from here again.
