It was 2 years today we found out the dream of having our very first Monsieur Crepe Cafe would become a reality and we would be opening in High Heaton. It now feels like we’ve always been here and it’s all down to our amazing team and our fantastic customers who we are nothing without. We salute you Marc and Gary xx

We went for crepes on Saturday, highly recommended. The food is delicious, we had sweet and savoury crepes. The hot chocolates are delicious too.

The staff were really attentive and our food arrived really quickly.

Highly recommended we booked a table and I was pleased we do as we may have had to wait a while. Will definitely be back xx

Unbelievable we had afternoon tea and it was delicious me and my fiancé left in a food coma after a lovely brunch - with great surroundings and a fabulous host we will definitely be back !

Thanks to @cannyfoodblog I discovered this place had vegan pancakes on offer. I had a berry and chocolate one and it was delicious! lovely hot chocolate too!

I fully recommend them and just mentioned that vegan cream and ice cream exist Schlagfix squirty dairy free cream and Swedish Glace vanilla dairy free ice cream. The squirty cream would be a great addition to the fab vegan pancakes on offer, also anyone dairy free may appreciate this too. Thank you for satisfying that craving on Pancake day :D

Thank you to the management team and staff at mounsier crepe! I organised afternoon tea for 12 people for a baby shower! From the moment I enquired about it to the second we left they were absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t do enough for us! The best afternoon tea I have ever had! Thank you so much! Xx

Table for 10 booked which they thought may conflict with another larger group. Accommodated without a problem. Decor is lovely, lots to look at. Tables and cutlery immaculate, plenty of choice of food and drinks. Came into contact with 3 staff members, all of which were so pleasant and polite. Reece in particular was helpful and the owner was taking orders too. Portion size was generous, drinks were hot rather than warm . Presentation of food/drinks was impressive . Really well priced. Child friendly too as had table activities for kids. In our party of 10 we all paid separately on leaving, this was made easy.



I was happy to be handed a loyalty card as i will definitely be returning.



Also selling other local retailers products such as The Doughnut Guy's salted caramel sauce, artwork, handcrafted cards etc.

Recommend the afternoon tea. Such a lovely place and the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly. All the other food looked just as nice and noticed how family friendly they were.

I was taken here for afternoon tea for my birthday by my sister. Staff are fabulous, so friendly and nothing’s a bother. Foot was fantastic, we couldn’t finish it and had to bring some home!! They found out it was my birthday and the staff and other customers sang happy birthday, embarrassing but lovely! Can’t recommend this place enough, you’ve got to try it!! I will be back ����

I met my good friend Suzanne who treat me to afternoon tea .....which was absolutely delicious! .... sandwiches......warmed quiche.....warmed corned beef pie...served with a beautiful chutney! .......cream scones with strawberries....and to top it all off......homemade jaffa Orange cake......AMAZING!........we received the warmest of welcomes.....it was great service what more could anyone ask for! I highly recommend it! X �

I love this place, this is my 5th visit in 6 weeks! The staff are so nice, they can’t do enough for you! They are great with kids and very welcoming! The food is fabulous with a varied menu to suit anyone’s tastes! We visited today and had afternoon tea which again was lovely!

Had a retirement function today afternoon tea for 19 of us the food the service was amazing we were so well looked after thank you to everyone for making it so special was fantastic��xif u havent tried monsier crepe yet are u mad its a must!!!!!xx

First time visiting this morning with my 8 week old daughter. Staff couldn't have been more helpful moving chairs around to accommodate us and our waitress even helped me with the car sear when I couldn't get it on the pram! Lovely food and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you �

Fabulous customer service, food and set up overall. We love coming her for Sunday morning brunch after picking up the papers. Great that you are dog friendly too. 5 stars all around! PS, Kitty’s Ginger wine went down a treat!

Called in here for breakfast and a crepe, food was delicious � and the staff were so friendly. Would definitely recommend, and can’t wait to return.

Another lovely brunch at Monsieur Crepe this morning. Not only is the food delicious ( I love those American pancakes, as much as the savoury galettes) but the welcome and the service are really 5 stars. A brilliant place to have meal in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely love this gem of a place! Best coffee and crepes in the North East by a mile together with superb service every time. A favourite with everyone in the family. If you’ve not been before, guarantee you won’t be disappointed! �
