Great staff at Killingworth

The stock levels are absolutely shocking since online shopping started. Simple things like bread and chickens are ridiculous! Morrisons sort it out!!

Never been in a shop with such miserable, impolite staff in my life. It wasn't just the woman on the till either, was 3 of the miserable buggers and I was only in there 10 minutes. At least in Asda at Benton the staff are friendly and even smile n have a bit craik while there working. Maybe being miserable is company policy, if so then they do there job impeccably.

I am posting this on here because I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at your store , while shopping today I had two negative experiences from your staff

I approached the bread counter for a loaf to be sliced just as the person cooking pancakes walked away I waited approximately 5 mins only for someone else to come and serve me , I could see this pancake employee in the corner laughing and chatting with other co workers .He came back only to put all the pancakes (about 20 ) in the bin as they were burnt , I was shocked as he was laughing about it

This is why supermarkets have to put up prices,

However at the till I had bought 5 packs of fresh meat (£50) and asked for a carrier bag to put it in ,the gentleman in question refused as he wasn't allowed to give me a bag just small ones, I had to have a row with this person for him to give me a bag which he reluctantly did but he had been trained otherwise

I do hope the manager of this store reads this as he has serious problems in his store and all this was in the space of half an hour and I'm just 1 customer but remember my money is taken anywhere

You send a message and get no reply, popped in today after barring myself. I’d chanced popping in for tabs and didn’t get what I asked for, because the staff think it’s right to carry on a conversation about another member of staff while serving, they forget they’re there to serve and carry on conversations as if you weren’t there. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you don’t want complaints, put your house in order ��

So today after weeks of complaining that on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon shopping at Killingworth morrisons that there are no strawberries yoghurts baked potatoes mince sometimes red milk eggs and many other fresh produce I have been told in store today that due to the picking of items for home delivery their stock control does not register the picking for their home deliveries and the stock is not being replenished for us in store shoppers! I was told that the fault on the system was only discovered last night. Their home delivery started in November and I have been complaining for months how after 6 months has this just been discovered? Stock control at the killingworth store must be non existent! Thanks to the manager who has been fobbing me off for weeks and thanks to the seconded manager who told me about the system failure today! Absolutely shocking service especially when we do have alternative buying options nearby. Get your act together and get the store stocked for your in store shoppers!

I wrote a complaint/comment/suggestion in the book held at customer service. six weeks later (if not more) i had still not heard from the store. So, I went back and asked what their service level agreement timeline was, I mean an expectable amount of time to wait for a response. the lady did not know. Still polite I explained my initial comment/query/complaint and the lady offered to get the manager, I explained I didn't have time so I would be happy with a phone call. Still nothing. its great knowing your customer is valued.
