Move Well Soft Tissue Therapy Description
I am a BTEC level 5 Advanced Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist now known as Soft Tissue Therapy. I have over 15 years experience and worked with Leicester Tigers RFC 1996-2001. I work from my own treatment room in a peaceful setting just outside of Breage, am a soft tissue therapist at Helston Physiotherapy Practice as well as a sports massage therapist at the Cornish Pirates rugby Club last season. In 1998 I graduated with 1st class Hons Sports degree and Personal Trainer. qualification so can offer rehab exercises /advice to take away to enhance the soft tissue treatment I provide.
