About Msg Bike Gear

Msg Bike Gear Description
MSG Bike Gear was established in 2003. It first came about by an active interest in motorbikes and racing of its owner and creator, Mick Dawson. Mick is a professional ACU bike rider both on and off road.
Mick started up by selling small motorcycle items on the internet and over the next few years it developed into one of the most well known and successful internet motorbike accessory businesses in the North East of England. MSG Bike Gear is a family run company and based on a small countryside unit in the Cleveland Hills overlooking the river Tees.
As it is based in such an ideal setting in the countryside we offer open day events for bike clubs and they can come and look around at their leisure and enjoy friendly hospitality along with coffee and home made biscuits! On these events MSG arranges to donate a percentage of funds raised to local charities such as North Air Ambulance.
MSG Bike Gear sells all products from UK based dealers such as Feridax, Oxford, Motrax, Bike It, Nevis, Givi. Etc.

Went for a helmet and boots the helmet I wanted wasn’t in but was well advised and shown others in a similar style, brilliant customer service and I will definitely be back for leathers in the future.
We didn’t know you existed and we only live at Yarm! We’ve been everywhere as far as Leeds and York looking for a Bike helmet for my son whose just got his first bike- Great service - very patient and attentive and friendly service. Luke’s delighted with his purchase!

Just replaced all my old bike gear, staff here were excellent! No hard sell, super helpful staff. Prices were spot on but the most impressive thing was the sheer range of equipment available. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Will definitely return!

Called in today for some waterproof boots, really friendly and helpful staff, left with a really comfortable pair of boots at a great price! Will definitely be coming back :D
Called in today for a new jacket and trousers. Wow super helpful staff. Felt like the lady wanted to sell me what was right and not trying to make a sale. Highly recommend the service and the prices are spot on too. Will definatly be telling all my biker mates about you!!

Buying my first set of gear, Stu was very helpful and recommended some great stuff, that didn't break the bank and coming WAY under my budget (which was lucky in the end).
Seeing other customers come in and other shop colleagues immediately there to help, by far the best customer service I have ever seen. Well worth the drive for
