Training tonight everyone absolutely smashed it Claire looking sharpe getting ready for her up and coming Fight in Essex 15th September, Topaz Josh and Shannon looking good on pads And huge well done to lily, Dalton and rest of you smashing the burpee kicking torture card game 😂

Well done to little Jack today. He’s been having 2 privates a week with Claire and has shown massive improvement! Well done mate, very well deserved :)

Claire’s next fight. The opponent is to be announced. We are organising a bus load road trip for this so if you want to join in then get your names added to the list in the gym :)

Cracking day at Stand up and Fight yesterday with this awesome team!!
Harry and Peter had brilliant demo bouts Cain had a head guard malfunction but did brilliantly. He didn’t get the win but put on a brilliant performance! Connor lost in a very busy bout! Great fight by both lads.... Will from unique got a draw in his first fight! Amelia won her fight Topaz won her first ever fight! Michael stopped his opponent in the 5th! Josh won his fight and Claire won her international bout!!

Brilliant class today, working pad drills and following on with working kicks, catches and take downs.

Well done to these 2 in their training with Jim and Claire this morning. It was a hard sweaty one working on balance and footwork and a good old pad blast to finish. Well done lads!
