Much loving Touch is a local business that works with families and their children. Much Loving touch provides Baby Massage classes, Baby Yoga classes for pre mobile, mobile babies and toddlers. Family classes are available.
Baby yoga, which complements infant massage, offers quality physical stimulation including flowing postures, holding, movement, touch, voice and deep relaxation. It induces a happy, care-free and lively parent-infant interaction which develops as the babies grow.
Baby yoga can help to aid sleep patterns, help to ease colic in young babies, enhance bonding between parents and baby and teach parent and baby how to relax with each other.
Sessions run in term time and prices vary. Great class to continue yoga journey with or start if you have not attended a class before.
Baby massage classes are a great way to spend quality time with babies. whilst learning the skill of how to massage your baby you will also learn from your baby what they like, dislike, communicate non verbally together and be as one. Again baby massage can help aid sleep patterns, give relief to colic with a specific massage routine to help ease babies and parents, can help to improve growth and development in babies.
CLasses run in 5 week blocks costing £35 /40 and includes massage oil, course handbook and a personalised certificate. Dads welcome.
