Our Ayrshire based premises are ideally located in Central Scotland, only 25 minutes from Glasgow. On site we have excellent facilities to provide maintenance, servicing and repairs to our range of machinery which includes plant such as excavators and dump trucks from quality manufacturers such as Hitachi, Caterpillar, Takeuchi, Kubota, Volvo, New Holland and many more.

Now that all the money has been gathered in, the cheque for £7468.17 was presented to Ron Swanson of the Ayshire Hospice by Stuart Muirhead, Barry Cuthbertson and Douglas Shanks on Tuesday 3rd February at Muirhead Plant office.
5 Years has passed since the last Touch Rugby Tournament and Muirhead Plant Ltd are now celebrating 20 years in business by hosting another Indoor Touch Rugby Tournament on the 2nd January, 2015 at Morris Equestrian Centre, Fenwick. The tournament will consist of 16 teams from Young Farmers, Old Farmers, local and not so local business men and women. There will be mini Olympics for the children and the famous Heavy Weight Hurdle Race. Our chosen charity for this event is The Ayrshire Hospice, please come along join in the celebrations, enjoy the sport and help us raise money for a very worthy cause.
