Very busy with the 50 shades release but the coped very well, the food we delicious.

The only down fall was the waiter keep squeezing past our table whilst we were eating and knocking us but overall a great visit 🐓🍟🍚

Recently came to Nando’s and waitress spilled a full drink over my son. Accident of course. They mentioned next time we come in to mention it and my son will get a meal free of charge. So, came in and gave the whole meal for us all free of charge. Well played Nando’s, well played. They might has lost a little profit on this visit, but restored my faith in excellent customer service. Full redemption Nando’s �

Our very first visit to a Nando's restraunt. Lovely young lady showed us to our table and explained the menu , showed us where the drinks machine, cutlery, napkins etc were. Enjoyed our meal very much then the aforementioned young lady came over and told us that as it was our first visit to a Nando's would we like a complimentary dessert which she packed up for us along with portions of cream to take home as we were rather full. What a lovely gesture! Wish I could recall the young ladies name. Well done Nando's. Will return very soon.

Great decor, good atmosphere, good and friendly staff the food was fantastic

Good service despite being busy & special thanks to Jac today for being so helpful with vegan options (had the veggie burger with Mediterranean salad minus the feta). Food as tasty as always, the humous with peri peri drizzle is delicious & our fave!

First time I had been to Nando at Boldon and the staff and service were outstanding so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to go in. The food was amazing and it won't be the last time i visit this place

Excellent service today from Neil, he was a buddy training a new member of staff on the till, very patient and very helpful. Customer service at its best.

Lovely meal with family

Got one big problem why have Nando’s changed the recipe on the red pepper dip I used to buy it every time I visited but the last 3 times I’ve been it was awful . Well I’m not going to waste another penny on that so heres hoping they will come to there senses and revert back to the old one

First time visit for me yesterday. My family have been before but my 5 year old granddaughter and I haven't.

Service was spot on staff were polite, very friendly and the food was delicious.

However I am pleased I went with them because I found the menu hard to work out and then I was unsure where our cutlery were.

So now in the future if it's just my granddaughter and I coming for our tea we know how it works. Thanks Nando's

Ok, normally 5* but today ordered to take home, got my food plated up and the corn was brown & slimy in the middle, makes me think it was off! Had to bin it!

I ordered butterfly chicken and it was more like a butterfly wing. Not worth the money although the kids meal was great.

Visited yesterday for the first time. The staff were very helpful but i didnt think much of the food. The chicken was just chicken. Nothing special and the chips were cold with a frozen one thrown in. I wouldve complained at the time but we were in a hurry to get to the cinema so didnt have time. Hubby loved it though and our son enjoyed the chicken and corn but the garlic bread (looked like a bap cut in half) was a bit crap. Expensive for what you get as well.

Red pepper dip didn't even do half a pitta bread let alone a full one like usual. Two mains came. One was completely wrong. They took it back then just kept the original wrong chicken and added the right sauce over the top. Complained again got a fresh main. Child's main came. Wrong order again. Ordered three sides of halloumi they came when we were half way through eating. Manager was helpful and offered a free dessert next time we come. Will be in no rush to come back for the sake of a free dessert as the food has realy gone down hill.

I ordered online got given a time to come and collect and I was still waiting half hour when I got there. I live 5minutes away and it was cold when I got home not even warm not sure why I waited so long for food as I clearly wasn’t waiting for it to be cooked fresh.

Booked a table for 9 people on Tuesday, for tonight for my daughters 15th birthday. When she got there they said they couldn't do a table for 8 ( one had cancelled) they put 2 round tables "together " it wasn't great at all. Why was everything okay when I booked it then? She didn't say anything she's only 15 after all. Won't be going back and certainly wouldn't recommend.

Waited ages for food tonight. When it got there they didn’t have some of our food. They said it was on its way... nearly finished our meal then it came. (Clearly wasn’t on its way) then it was burnt to a crisp. Never had this problem here before but tonight was ridiculous �

Attended here on a Sunday night before going to the cinema. We waited just under and hour for our food when it wasn’t really that busy. Other customers were ordering after us and receiving food before us. Kept being told it would be ready in 5mins about 4 times!



Obviously we complained and the manager issued us a full refund and invited us to come back on the house which was a positive.



We decided to give them another chance and returned on a weekday for lunch.



We waited at the main door like idiots for about 10mins to be seated, there were about 8 customers in! Staff just kept looking at us like we were invisible!



Will not be returning!
