Good location , I am attending Northumbria university so I can walk from my accommodation which is great ! Town is a 5 minute walk. The free wifi is handy to have when mine goes down and the free washing machine and dryer is also good when you are a student �Landlord is helpful and is flexible when it comes to any problems
