Very professional and friendly. Jo advised and explained everything as she was going along which was reassuring and gave me confidence in that she knows what she is doing and understood what I was asking for. I had a cut and balayage and I am extremely happy with the result. Would defo recommend.

One amazing lady! The best hairdresser I have ever been to. She knows so much and shares all the little tips and tricks (trade secrets) that is so helpful. Salon is beautiful and so relaxing. ItŌĆÖs different than going into a salon because thereŌĆÖs that personal feeling, youŌĆÖre not just another head of hair getting the same old style. Jo will encourage you to try new things but wonŌĆÖt push you.



We talked about the history of my hair and what I wanted to do with it in the future and discussed how we can get it there, never had that before in a salon.



SheŌĆÖs also very lovely and laidback and if youŌĆÖre lucky you might meet the adorable dog called ted’┐Į



I think anyone can have a go at colour & cut (I.e shop bought dye) but itŌĆÖs expertise and customer service that sets you above the rest.

Jo is such a lovely person and makes you feel very relaxed. I arrived with extremely wild hair which she managed to transform beautifully giving me lots of advise (and a hair curling lesson) along the way. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be back xx

Jo is defiantly the best hairdresser in Ingleby Barwick! I've hated my hair for years and lost a lot of trust in hair dressers but Jo has restored my faith. Absolutely love my hair and can't thank her enough.

IŌĆÖm super happy I took the chance to try someone new. Jo is absolutely great! For approx. 20 years IŌĆÖve been to various hair dressers in North America and a couple in England and can honestly say she knows her stuff!! She is a colour expert and youŌĆÖll see within the first five minutes of talking to her. She understands your hair and what colour will work.
