A good strategic marketing plan makes everything work together - it looks to the future and focuses on the long term.
If you don’t have a written marketing strategy, we highly recommend that you create one. It can align teams, cut out the chaos, alleviate friction and prevent confusion between what is the marketing strategy and the marketing tactics you need to achieve it.
... But despite its magic appeal, we know creating a strategy is not easy work! Hence we have created a five-day programme over six weeks in March-April 2020 starting on 18 March. It will guide you through the preparation of a Strategic Marketing Plan.
In the structured five-days, you will be working on your strategic marketing plan, and you will benefit from the perspective of your peer group. You will be able to bounce ideas off them, and they, in turn, may challenge your thinking.

5 at CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing - Level 4 9 at CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing - Level 6 3 at CIM Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing - Level 6
The modules completed comprised of Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy and Driving Innovation, which can all be studied as individual awards too.
