Newcastle University Library Description

Newcastle University Library consists of 4 main libraries:

The Philip Robinson Library is the main campus library and has resources for all subjects except medicine and law.

The Walton Medical and Dental Library is in the Medical School and serves the needs of the Medical, Dental and Biomedical Sciences

The Law Library is located in the Law Schoool and provides extensive resources for all those engaged in learning and researching law.

The Marjorie Robinson Library Rooms is our newest library & is a truly digital library offering space to study, think, learn, collaborate and consult.

During the exam period, Teaching Fellow Sue Spencer will be on hand to offer students and staff a unique opportunity to interact with poetry via a 1:1 consultation. Sue will be in the Law Student Common Area to listen to whatever you want to talk about and will respond with a poem that will help clarify, illuminate, soothe & comfort you. No booking required!
Sue Spencer is a teaching fellow in Combined Honours and an alumna of the MA Creative Writing (Poetry). Following in the steps of local poets Julia Darling & Cynthia Fuller and ‘The Emergency Poet’, Sue believes that poetry can help in troubled times. With over 10 years of experience using poetry to facilitate wellbeing in education and health care, she has developed a passion for creative approaches to reflective practice and personal development.

Print Services will be open 9am-3pm this Bank Holiday Monday! Colour Printing & Soft Binding costs £6.50 per copy whilst Black & White Printing & Soft Binding costs £5.50 per copy.
